Re: Germany 4/7 May

Friday Bundesliga game means only one - stay away.

In Bundesliga II 3 home wins for me today.

I'm waiting for Sunday, as I'm gonna see Hertha v Werder live in Olympiastadium (with some Werder fans). It'would be nice if Schalke and Stuttgart (sorry Johnny) don't win tomorrow, than we'll have very emotional end of the season.

Loooooooool @ Bayern odds
Overrated again, and without half of their regular team. Both teams have nothing more to play, but for pride and I really like the odds on Gladbach AH

Cheers

really have no time.

Just poped to say gerat value on Saarbrücken (odds 3,35). Lokal derby, french orinted sides and this two club going very well along. If someone from german speaking have time should go on lokal papers and Elversberg internet site, there are saying that they want that Saarbrücken stay in liga.

Wacker Burghausen - CZ Jena 2 @ 2.7 by Expekt

The way they have been playing the players from Burghausen seem to be more concentrated on where they'll be playing next season, knowing that their own club is surely relegated. Burghausen also have a very long injury list.

CZ Jena on the other hand were most unlucky last weekend against Duisburg (3-3). Trainer Neubarth has nearly a full squad to choose from. And, the Bundesliga II needs at least one East derby. I have also bet on them in Asia dnb @ 2.06, one point is better than no points, but really they need all 3.

Good Luck!

Re: Germany 4/7 May

my better half as also just published a pick on CZ Jena, but I was quicker this time

2007-05-06 Burghausen - Jena by: Kuki

Burghausen have lost their last three games and even if they are still in the race to avoid the drop winning their remaining three fixtures is not only unlikely but probably not even enough. Recent displays were poor and the mood among the players is down. Furthermore coach Arbinger has to deal with a lot of injuries in the squad and can hardly name a team. Jena on the other hand are fighting against relegation themselves but their form has improved since Frank Neubarth has taken over as coach. They have upset the odds two weeks ago winning in Freiburg 3-1. Neubarth has taken 7 points out of a possible 9 and confidence is back in Jena. They have a decent chance to win again aginst a team which seems to have given up already. 6 units is my choice here.

Pick: A, Odds: 2.70, Stake: 6, Bookmaker: Interwetten

Really difficult round this weekend. I pic only two bets so far

Stuttgart - Mainz over 2.5 goals
Hamburg - Bochum over 2.5 goals

Hamburg - Bochum
Hamburg at home and Bochum with the greek bomber Gekas. He´s the actual leader of the strikers list and could strike again today. Hamburg at home is better than away and with the new dutch Coach Stevens they´re more and more back at their old business.

balance: 19-9-2 with 63:32 goals ( average: 3.26 goals/match)
first leg: HSV lost 1-2

over 2.5 goals

Stuttgart - Mainz
Stuttgart is one of the possible Champions and they need to win to hold the chance to be it. Mainz welcome back Andreasen in midfield. Now the "bremen-connection" is complete. Zidan and Andreasen shoot the most of the Mainz goals in 2007. Zidan with 11 and Andreasen with 4. That´s a really good couple. Stuttgart have to make the play and Mainz have good players for counter attacks.

over 2.5 goals

No new missings for both Coaches.

I watched Munich versus Hamburg at home. No bite no agressive play. And they never played well versus Gladbach away. Maybe the bookers could be right here...

Re: Germany 4/7 May

some stats for the Gladbach - Munich Match

balance @ Borussia Park
17-13-9 with 63:49 goals (average: 2.28goals/match)

First Leg: 1-1
Last season same place: 1-3
--> Before Munich couldn´t strike in 4 meetings at the Borussia Park.

Bayern players injured/disabled: Kahn (!),Sagnol,Podolski,van Bommel,Salihamidzic,Hargreaves,Ismael,Schweinsteig er

Gladbach players injured/disabled: Keller,Daems,Delura,Neuville,Gohouri,Baumjohan

Gladbach have nothing to lose besides the Fans and they´re in the Borussia Park this afternoon. Bayern played worst and there´s some rumour in the Club. New Players, other players leave the club,Manager Hoeneß is in the headlines with a "wrong managing style" and Coach Hitzfeld said after the last interview that he would better play with 11 amateurs... The Bayern holy is over this season and they can´t win something. No CL no Championsship no german Cup. Maybe they closed the season in their heads.
Not at least to say is that they have important injuries. Kahn get some break, van Bommel (playmaker) and Salihamidzic (one of the best worker) are suspended by yellow card ban and all of the other injuries are also important expecially for their offense.

to stake on Bayern is a bit risky...

Re: Germany 4/7 May

odds of 6.25 are worth a try on Köln with small stakes. Just got the feeling they'll be much more relaxed tonight.

I am a glutton for punishment
