The games are the first leg of the Semi finals. There will be a second leg for the games.
Few words for the Tuesday game
AEK - Agrotikos Asteras
AEK are second in the table along with Panathinaikos. The Cup is a target of the team. They come from an important away win 4-1 vs Kallithea with a good performance. AEK want to seal qualification from this game. Coach Santos plans to rest some players in this game. They will miss regulars Katsouranis (M), Lakis (M), Cirilo (D), Alexopoulos (D), Tziortzopoulos (D), Soredino (GK).
Agrotikos Asteras is a Third Division team, in the first places of the table, ambitious for promotion. A team with good offensive line and good at home. They have eliminated PAOK for the Cup, and in the previous round Ethnikos Asteras. Agrotikos come from an important away win vs Kozani for Third Division. The squad is not announced yet, but I expect to field the best possible one.
AEK are the big favourites in the game. They are better team and much motivated for the Cup. The odds for the home win are low but not far from fair. It can be a single for the low odds backers or a part of a combo. Looking for higher odds, I expect AEK to try sealing qualification from this game, so pressing for some goals. The line in the Asian is -1.5 and probably they will cover it.
My bet will be AEK -1.5 in the AH, 1.89 at Pointbet, stakes 4/10.

I agree that AEK is by far better team than Agrotikos Asteras but my opinion is that the game would not have more than 2 goals, because AEK will have some key players out (katsouranis -midfielder- the teams heart, sorentino - goalkeeper, cirilo - very good defender).

After a mediocre first half, AEK was better in the second one and managed to score 3 goals. They are the big favourites to qualify for the Cup final.

Few words for the Wednesday game
Olympiakos - Larisa
Olympiakos are first in the table and almost already the Champions. A team with good offensive line, they are strong at home in front of their fans (11-0-1). In the previous round they eliminated Xanthi. This weekend they lost at Xanthi for the League, in a crucial game for the home team. The Cup is a target of the team. They will try to seal qualification from this game, as Larisa are strong at home. They will miss regular Georgatos (D), also Dani (F), Babagida (F). On the contrary regular Toure (M) returns in the squad.
Larisa are 6th in the table along with PAOK. They are ambitious for an Uefa Cup spot. But also the Cup is traditionally a target of the team. In the previous round they eliminated Akratitos. They are mediocre travellers (0-5-7). This weekend they had a draw away vs Atromitos, a positive result for them against another contender for an Uefa Cup spot. Larisa will try to keep a low score in this game, keeping their chances for qualification alive for the second leg at home. They will have the help of their fans, still they will be the minority in the stadium. In this game they will miss regular Gavrilopoulos (F) that missed the previous game as well. Regular Vela Junior (M) returns in the squad, also regular Sherban (M) will play but is not completely fit.

Olympiakos will probably cover the line in the Asian as they will try to seal qualification from this game and press for some goals.
My bet will be Olympiakos -1.5 in the Asian, 1.94 at 10Bet, stakes 5/10.

One is for sure about this game. If olympiacos play like Saturday they will have problems against a tough team like larissa.

Hi to all the punters around the world who have the guts to bet on the Greek Cup matches!!Aek had once again a shitty first half and missing Katsouranis is no excuse since most of their starters played in the game.All Aek goals were horrible goalkeeper mistakes(imagine the 3d goal was a shot made from midfield!!!).Today Olympiakos will play with a full squad(influential midfielder Toure returns along with left back Bullut and right back Maurogenedes)in the standard 4-3-3 formation that coach Trode Solid fancies so much.Larissa will have the absences of Hloros(striker)and Gavrilopoulos(attacking midfielder)but welcomes the return of their most valueable player Dennis Serban(attacking midfielder).Larissa will have the support of 800 raging fans in Karaiskaki stadium tonight.Olympiakos players will be determined to show their coach that they re not "tourists"as he their coach put it after their defeat in Xanthi for the Division match(they had a streak of 16 straight wins-an all time record for the Greek Division-)so they ll come storming and struggle Larissa.Solid asked for a clear score that will make the 2nd leg match easier so expect many goals in this one.Larissa have nothin to loose and as a team the play full attack in all their matches so they ll help to make this game an easy over 2.5 goals and a clear home win.

i 'll go myself with the olympiakos -1.5 handicap as i think olympiakos would take a relatively easy win.
i will go further and bet also on correct score 2-0 or 3-1.

i am off to karaiskaki stadium now to watch the match.

Olympiakos - Larisa 3-1
Good performances by both teams that finished the game with 10 players. Olympiakos missed a penalty, but took the lead 2-0 at half time. In the second half Larisa pressed to score, they made it, but in the end Olympiakos scored a valuable 3rd goal.

thanks censor. it was the first time i bet on correct score and....god helped me.
olympiakos, despite playing with 10 men from 22nd minute, dominated in the first half (2-0) and missed a penalty(justice, as it was no penalty)
larissa got one back when playing with 10 men itself but a tragical fault of its defence helped olympiakos to a third goal some minutes before FT.
a good game in general terms.
