can anyone help me who will go to eufa cup from cup competition in italy spain, germany and england

in italy final coppa italia inter-roma. both teams go to CL
in spain looks like final coppa dela ray will be sevilla-barca both go to CL
in germany final DBF pokal stuttgart-nurnberg.stuttgart go to cl n nurnberg finish 6th on the table
in england chelsea carling cup winner go to CL and fa cup final man utd-chelsea also go to CL

I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere the other day that in Spain, assuming Barca and Sevilla are the cup finalists, 7th place in the league will qualify for the UEFA.
