Sweet - Mapp doesnt even feature on the bench which is a massive boost for Houston.

Just kicked off not long ago. GO GO GO HOUSTON

Re: MLS 28-30 April

0-0 ht.

Gutted as Houston have completely outplayed Chicago who havent registered a shot that i can remember. Houston have created many chances and hit th bar already. Ching has been a threat all game.

If it continues like this second half then i cant see anything other than a Houston win (cue a 4-0 Chicago win )

Re: MLS 28-30 April

This is going to be one of those games you shouldve won but dont i fear

Bar been hit twice in 5 mins now and 4 times the whole match so far from Houston. Absolutely dominating the game but strugging to get the ball in the net

Well Houston get beat. Was spot on with it being low scoring and Houstons goal scoring problems are worse than i thought although to be fair the aint getting the run of the green hitting the bar 3 times and goal disallowed.

2/2 with my 2 main bets coming in so have to be happy with that. Still disappointed i didnt add NE

Onto next week

Chivas and RSL were in the same positions 2 seasons ago. They had some decent players but just so far behind the established sides that they were consistently getting beat convincingly week after week.

Actually speaking to a Canadian at my work last night and he was saying he doesnt expect there to be much following for Toronto.

Read something other day about how their first game attracted 150,000 viewers on tv with their second game only attracing just over 10,000 so interest already dipping and not going to pick up anytime soon.
Not sure about the TV viewing, but Toronto sold 14,000 season tickets, so even if they don't sell any of the other 6,000 available, they have more going to the matches than the average MLS club.

Toronto actually played quite well today, enjoying the majority of possession in the first half. They just did not create the chances, which I think (hope) will come. You may end up being right that they follow in the same pattern as Chivas and RSL, but I think Toronto will be well supported at home at that should at least make it a tough place to play.
