Nice stuff,

we are getting better here. With draw in Schalke game we are both on the right side.

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

cheer johnny... right we get back to old performances.

possible bets for the 1st League Friday night match

- lay Schalke
- draw (risk)
- X or Hamburg

I can´t see a fact that takes Schalke to winner in this match ...

good luck.

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

Great going Gerry!!

I am out of time so briefly.

Only thing interesting me in Bundesliga is BAyern today. Herta is downtrend and as I can recall Bayern mostly win their games ahead of CL. Only missing at BAyern is Hargreaves.
Herta is still struggling to field decent midfield (injuries)
Thats one of my main today.

I am today more into regio south

I like looks of Darmstadt today at Pirmasens. Host are so good as relegated and didnt fit the standards of this liga. Darmstadt is solid club and are surprisingly involved in relegation battle. They are taking a lot of fan suport for this game and wont look like real away game. ( I heard that will be around 400 DS suporters). Also at the end of teh first part they have picked the form and only one game this season they drew with solid Reutlingen, being better team on teh field.

Second I like Hessen Kassel at home against Karlsruhe II. Hosts have strenghten their lines in winter and I was very keen ho wthey will do first game. They won easily away at solid Aalen 0-2. HK is tipical home team with great home crowed, also looks like in form. Kruhe II have won first game too, but in mediocore diplay striking 2 from 2 penality kicks. Press says that referee was the main man on the field.

Thats from me for toda here GL whtever you take

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

I'm tempted by Bayern also Johnny but things stopping me is Champs League but if you say they've got a decent record before the CL that'll do for me cause I can't be bothered looking tbh.

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

I have read somewhere that BAyern inlast 5 years or so have 75% games won before CL and 80 % after the CL

But bear in mind that my record in Germany this year is pure horror.

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

Hertha is a decent hometeam and I have a feeling that Bayern will be in some trouble today. They have not been too great for a while now. They will not win the league this year, so the CL is very, very important to them. I would love to see what team they field against Hertha Berlin. I really dont care too much about the statistics. Bayern are worse now than in many years....

Pizarro is also questionable. I think he don´t play today.

Berlin [6th] - Bayern Munich [4th] - Topmatch!
The last win by Bayern at the capital was in 2003.They won a match full of goals 3-6. After that high win they finished all away rounds versus Berlin with a draw. Both teams have a 4-1-5 balance in the last 10. Bayern lost the last 3 away rounds in a row and they have a little away problem this season.Only a 4-1-6 balance away. Berlin can´t win one of the last three rounds (0-1-2). The Teams looks too equal in my eyes.

- draw!

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

Bielefeld v Nurnberg – a hard one, hosts 11 games without a win, can they change it today? I doubt it. Nurnberg have some squad problems, but still they are good enough to take something from this one.

Leverkusen v Stuttgart – very interesting match to watch, but not to bet. Stuttgart with Meira and Pardo back, but Gomes (topscorer) is doubful. Even without him I give Stuttgart more chances to win. Hosts with importand missing – Barbarez. I skip it, but don’t see Stuttgart losing.

Frankfurt v Hannover – great value on Hannover. They are flying high at the moment, won 4 from last 5. Frankfurt 8 without a win. Hannover (dnb) for me.

Hertha v Bayern – away win for me, no logical arguments, just a feeling.

Bremen v Bochum – in last meeting Bremen won away 0:6, odds are not great, but today they should also take all 3 points. Home win.

Wolfsburg v Mgladbach – hosts without key defender Hofland, visitors poor away. Tricky game, I see Mgladbach taking at least one point here.

From Regionalliga I also on Darmstadt today, fancy HSV II and St Pauli too.

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

Eintracht Frankfurt [17th] - Hanover 96 [7th]
I agree with you bosman the 96ers are a value this round. They´re the 4th best away and Frankfurt is the worst at home. Hanover take 13 of possible 15 points in the past 5 rounds in Bundesliga, Frankfurt get only 3 points in the last 6 rounds.Hanover is without Brdaric,Juric,Tarnat and Balitsch. Frankfurt miss Jones and Amandatidis as important players. Frankfurt have some trouble with Amandatidis and Jones besides the court and imo Hanover have a good chance to steel the 3 points from Frankfurt!

- the 96ers win

Re: German Leagues: 2nd - 4th March

halftime in germany

Berlin - Bayern 0-2
Frankfurt - Hanover 96 0-0
Bremen - Bochum 1-0
Leverkusen - Stuttgart 2-0
Wolfsburg - Gladbach 0-0
Bielefeld - Nuremberg 1-1

I watch Berlin - Bayern live. 2 goals in one minute. Before that Berlin mistake both teams with the same effort. But it seems that the 'bayern-luck' is back...
