Just had a look at next weeks ( 28th May ) pools coupon and the Aussie sides are making their first appearance of the Year. Hopefully the bookies will be following suit ( think it was Hills, Lads, Skybet and Bet 365 last Year, though may be wrong ) and will have prices out Tuesday.
Interest has been diminishing in recent Years, but hopefully we can generate a bit of interest. Not heard anything concrete, but I am sure we will be able to get a bet on somewhere. |

Re: Aussie Soccer 2011
There is a radio show ( or at least there was last Year ) dedicated to Western Australian football, that airs every Saturday. They generally have live commentary from one game, as well as updates from the others. If you are betting in the Western Prem Broms, then I will try to find the link.

The radio station was Heritage FM but I dont think they are doing live commentary this season.
The link is The voice of your community then click the live on air button in the top left. All bookies offer odds on the following leagues Premier Leagues in Vic, Brisbane, NSW and West and on the SA Super league. In play info is obtained from a reporter at the game who updates them with goal times, goalscorers, red cards and yellow cards. This goes to a server in China - yes it is correct. This base server is used by all bookies and so called livescores site. Seasons stats can be found at www.socceraust.co.uk Previews will appear later this week and results as usual from around 8:00 on Saturdays but this season Vic scores are being delayed due to a new set of rules so will not be posted until I have them confirmed. |

A little bird tells me that a lot of the bookies wont be offering anything more than the big leagues which they do currently.
Lack of interest they say but punters winning is nearer the mark in my opinion. Lets see who is game later in the week. |

Re: Aussie Soccer 2011
it was the same last year. i phoned ladbrokes and asked what week they were goinng to be issuing odds and coupons and they said they didnt think they were going to be accepting bets but 2 weeks later coupons and odds appeared on line.
lets hope one of the majors offer odds - if not its back to the littlewood coupons and trying to pick 5 aways |

Re: Aussie Soccer 2011
Thanks Socceraust
Bet 365 have two matches for tomorrow NSW Super League West Sydney Berries Vs Sydney University 2.30 3.60 2.50 Brisbane Premier League North Pine Vs South United 2.00 3.60 3.00 I like the odds on North Pine there, 5th Vs 12th. North Pine last 5 LLWWL and South United LLWWL. North Pine last 5 at home LWDWL and South United last 5 away WLLLL. North Pine have lost only once at home this season and are 6th in the home form table. South United have lost all but 1 off there away matches this season and 12th in the away form table. H2H two matches played and a win a piece so ill go with home win @ 2.00 shame i can never get team news for these leagues |

Re: Aussie Soccer 2011
North Pine have won 3 of the last five meetings with Souths with 1 draw and 1 defeat which was the last time these two met in 2009. Pine are a promoted side who have settled well back into the Premier League and striker Shane Coffey is in good form. Souths are without defender Ben Eagers who was sent off last weekend and this could be a major blow for them. Win for the Pine.
First time i've seen a NSW Super match on offer and this one is the relegated Berries, struggling in Super League, against a well organised Sydney Uni. side. No meetings in the past five seasons and both sides are in good form. The students have a great new striker in Liam McConaghy but the Berries are not that secure at Lidcombe Oval winning less than half their home games in the past few seasons but had a good win a couple of weeks ago against Spirt FC. Evenly matched and a draw could be the outcome. |
