mallorca and getafe have been chopped by most bookies,puts me off vallecano slightly

In all honesty, there's not really much point looking for any clues in the early team news, as none of the papers do anything other than try to guess. And in Marca's case they do that pretty badly - their preview names 3 players for Rayo who definitely won't be involved, as they're injured. 2 of those players appear in Marca's predicted lineup for tonight. It'd be funny if the clueless fuckers didn't sell millions of papers every day.

Anyway, for what it's worth, Marca claimed all 6 sides tonight would be resting players. Hercules and Rayo may be strong at home, but their clear priority is to get into the Primera, a Cup run is nice to a certain extent, but I don't think (although I'm not sure) that it's as lucrative as it is in England.

Certainly wouldn't rule out Hercules or Rayo, but won't be putting my money anywhere until the lineups are confirmed.

Gone with over 2.25 goals in the Rayo v Mallorca game. Rayo missing Aganzo, but Piti and Pachon are always a threat up front, while Rayo missing a few players in defence, look pretty weak there.
