Re: Strewth! Its The Aussie Thread: 26th June
I'll be all over Banyule. Playing good football and got a great win away to Maribyrnong last week.
Inglewood could also interest. Listened to their game on the radio 2 weeks ago and played well and they won again last week. Freemantle must have a shout if SWP couldnt beat Ashfield. |

Re: Strewth! Its The Aussie Thread: 26th June
Bigkegman u had to mention Ashfield didnt you! I'd just recovered from that (w 0 d 0 L9 previously)
Anyway am back in the game and, after some online research tonight and a swift pick up of the rfo the morrow hopefully will b picking some winners come friday I have to say ashfield rode there luck most off the game. it was just one of those days to swp every shot they had was saved. but ashfield didnt give up and a goal was more than wht we deserved but we got the points on the day and football is a funny game. credit to john casrtilli he made some hard desicoins the week and play 3 new players and it was his first time bye him self were their were no other coaching stuff with him calling the shots aswell from the wesatern div 1 website, apparently conditions were wet, windy and wild, same at most of the games in the premier which accounted for results such as cannings at athena, may b worth while checking a weather report this week!!! |

Re: Strewth! Its The Aussie Thread: 26th June
EARLY THOUGHTS
NORTH GEELONG - Big clash, but home advantage to hopefully swing it. EASTERN LIONS - Close call, but Eastern at 13/8 are slightly over - priced. MORELAND - Obviously Banyule in top form, but Moreland did win the reverse and should not be 2's at home. BRANDON PARK - Plenty on the forums have Brandon winning and all have it as close. 3/1 therefore looks big. NUNAWADING - Nuna have not scored enough, but hopefully the 3 at the weekend is the start of something. Peninsula obviously a good side, but 6/4 the pair for me so Nuna at the odds. ENDEAVOUR v MORNINGTON - DRAW QUEENS PARK - Looked a touch better defensively in the past 2 games and do at least have goals in them. NOARLUNGA- Take out the top 2 and I think sides 3 through 7 can all beat each other. Noarlunga a bit up and down, but did only lose by the odd goal to West Adelaide and only lost the reverse by the odd goal. Tough loss for NAB at the weekend and interesting to see how they react. |

Re: Strewth! Its The Aussie Thread: 26th June
first thoughts ly with Noble Park (evs) at Boroondara,
Next up Laverton Park (4/6) at Western Eagles, Warragul at Doveton, away team unbeaten on the road, doveton conceding 8 in their last 2 games including 4 to the bottom club at home which was their first win! 5/6 looks good. have started a blog to keep track of my results and a s bit of a hobby, more detail on there http://aussiesoccertips.wordpress.com/ |

Re: Strewth! Its The Aussie Thread: 26th June
western australia has predicted wet n windy weather again this week, got my fingers burned last week so those games are a no go zone for me this week! South Oz is fine with some cloud, so those bankers look good Plymouth.
