Re: 4th-6th Irish Premier and First Division
While we're waiting for Chief's final verdict...I'll put some of my thoughts re tonight's games:
The best bet, considering offered prices, for me is
Monaghan
which defeated Limerick and Shelbourne at their home ground, with no goal received, while Athlone didn't scored yet in 3 opening games.
Cork ...hmmm..if not tonight?
They are about to have complete squad, and in despite of lousy price for HW i must give them a chance to win.
Drogheda to prevail and to take advantage of late Galway's troubles with manager and absences.
Strange but true, is that in Div One, after only 4 rounds played, there are just two sides without a loss.
I'll give them chance not to loose tonight and to continue with good results.
Waterford have some absents , John Hayes,Vinny Sullivan and Dave Warren are all out, and it could be a big blow for them, but I still believe that there is some of Premier League spirit, which might give them advantage, together with home ground favour.
I'll wait for Chief for this.
Dundalk ...in a Dublin's derby full of emotion.
In my local I got Dundalk to score @ 1,30 as accu. stuff, and still thinking about their's victory.
Maybe Fingal is over performing team so far?
