Re: 28-xx: Rep Ireland

after all the favourites winning last week in the top flight the main ones that tickle my fancy on initial thoughts are Cork to win the Cork derby, shamrock rovers and st pats a nice treble but ill await your thoughts

Re: 28-xx: Rep Ireland

Dundalk(-1) V Wexford @Evens Bit generous here from Paddy Power considering both sides contrasting start to the season. Boylesports 5/6 for the same bet sounds about right. Dundalk played Wexford 4 times last season winning 2-0(H) 3-0(A) 4-0(H) and drawing 0-0(A). Wexford have picked up just 1 point in 3 games while Dundalk have had an excellent start to the season picking up 7 from a possible 9.

Both teams played a League Cup game midweek with Wexford having to play 120 mins after their tie went to extra time. Dundalk had a handy 3-0 win and played the tie with most of their reserve team. So they should be fresh for tonights game. Wexfords squad isn't as big as Dundalks and many of the players who played 2 nights ago will start tonight. Definite Dundalk win on the cards and if 4/11 tickles your fancy then go for it but i'm gonna chance the handicap bet.

Verdict: Dundalk (-1) @Evens.

Lovely stuff, Chief. We were all waiting with bated breath for that. Glad to hear Dundalk rested one or two and hopefully those Wexford boys will be near collapse come the 70th minute. I'm going to chance it.

Incidentally, Bet365 have Dundalk -1 @ 1.41.. hahaha

Wheres the other thread? Cant see it?

Bray V St Pats @5-6: Will be surprised if this price lasts. Pats love playing Bray. They have played each other 8 times in the last 2 years with Pats winning 7 and the other finishing in a draw. Pats have had a great start to the season winning 3 out of 3 while Bray have picked up just 1 point.

Bray have a lot of selction problems with McCabe and Foran defo out whilst Tresson Myler and Rowe all doubtful(all 1st team players). If Myler and Rowe dont start its hard to see where the goals will come from. Away win for me.

Verdict:
St Pats @5-6

Re: 28-xx: Rep Ireland

i think that chief's odds are on the european handicap

Dundalk(-1) V Wexford @Evens

and mickey's odds are asian handicap

Incidentally, Bet365 have Dundalk -1 @ 1.41

revised odds from paddies are now @ 1.9 , whilst the equivalent with bet365 of Dundalk -1.5 @ 1.88

still sounds a good bet , sorry if this post sound a bit pedantic

2-0 Dundalk after 25 mins. Winner alright, winner alright!
