Ive just been advised that he scroll bars are not working on IE. You can use the arrow keys to move it but that isnt the solution. Looks like its back to the old drawing board for this

actually ive just noticed that there are actually sidebars there if you move it a bit. it's hardly what you would say as being 'web accessible' though.
