Not got time to write anything much today, but have gone with Schuettler to beat Bolelli in Zagreb, and have Isner, Serra (maybe 2-0 set betting too), Cohen Aloro and Poutchkova all on my shortlist for later in Memphis, along with maybe Koubek 2-0 in Zagreb.

i was going high stakes, 1.30 each one to win, and even 2-0 correct score,which returns 1.90....

but i have small worries concerning ancic, he was so convivcing till the marseille final, but all of a sudden he collapsed again, the week before didnt participate, i dont know whats happening, if he is fit 100%, this is banker..i wait a friend from croatia to e-mail me about this

The Austrian looks to have found her form and easily passed through Makarova yesterday. On the other hand Schiavone had a tough 3 setter against Bartoli, won it, but looked vulnerable and showed some lack of mental stability. Her 1st serve % was desperate, loads of double faults and if she performs in the same way today on the serve line I can't see her winning many games against Bammer who can punish each mistake.
Bammer is a favourite for me so the price available at Betfair is more than good.

Bad day yesterday with Bammer performing awfully and Schiavone raising her game a lot. She might give some resistance to Henin today...

Kuznetsova and Mauresmo are playing a thrilling 2nd set at the moment, I just took Mauresmo in running at 6.60, although she was broken serving for the set.

In the evening I'll go for Govortsova this time - she is improving and should have enough for her opponent - Julia Goerges, who won two games in Memphis and that's too much for her abilities I reckon. Great price for the Belarussian:

Was thinking along those lines myself, Engineer. Henin hasn't looked convincing in recent weeks - she's dropped sets to Pironkova, Bacszinsky and Srebotnik in the last few weeks. And although the H2H is 3-0 to Henin, Schiavone has kept it close in all 3 of them - she took a set in their first meeting before losing 4-6 7-5 7-5, in the second meeting here in Dubai in 2006 she went down 6-4 7-6, and then finally in this year's Australian Open she went down 7-5 6-4.

On that basis the handicap market (Sporting Odds have 1.833 on Schiavone +4.5 games) and the total games market (1.833 for >20.5 games) both stand out to me as looking like pretty decent bets - both those bets would've come in for all 3 previous meetings between these two, and given Henin's recent struggles and Schiavone's excellent form this week against Bartoli and Bammer, I'd say they stand a very good chance again in this game. Also wouldn't rule out a lay of Henin 2-0 @ 1.41

today i predict the end of both croatians Ancic and Ljubicic.

great prices, as Haase and Gabashvili considered as outsiders by bookies

few words about my selections :

Ancic is no longer the player we used to know : he is injured every now and then, not stamina, doing a lot of unforced errors, i think the young dutch guy will give him the lesson today


Llubo, is just a shadow of a player, i think in one-two years will go down, outside the top 100 ranked players,

the russian looks in form here, and personally i have no doupt, that he will break ljubo's serve at least once in each set

Querrey had problems with injured Russell in first round. Russell lead 5:4 in 3rd set and serve for match. Afterward, Russell said had he won he likely would have had to withdraw from the tournament because of his shoulder. Bjorkman play very well with Capdevill. Craybas was almost out yesterday. Zakopalova leads 5:2 and had two match points in 5:3 but American recover and win 7:6 in 3rd. Benesova always play well in Acapulco (win in 2004) and win two matches so far without dropping set
