Re: Rolland Garros 2009
fedex 10/10 1.33 is gift it is 1.05 match he tried some shots and made better fitness with toying in first two sets vs haas\
del potro should win but I dont like him so maybe livebet in Women Cirstea for me 1) she had better opponents 2) Stosur is too one dimensional and met so far inferior opponents to that of Cirstea also interesting fact is that Cirstea has one of the coaches who is Aussie and Stosur himself said she has no idea about Cirstea tactics 8/10 Kuznetsova vs Williams Williams is just after injury she played very good in all matches but vs not good opponents as well as Kuznetsova but Kuznetsova said that in last match vs Radwanska she had "blackout" in 2nd set and such aoses of concentration can be allowed vs Williams so IMo she is fully focused and wil give her best as for form she is better IMO 5/10 as this can go to the last ball |

Re: Rolland Garros 2009
You can add me to the list of those on Cirstea and Kuznetsova, reckon the value's with those two rather than their opponents.
Have also taken Robredo for small stakes, reckon he's more than capable of springing a surprise here. Not so sure about Federer v Monfils, not one I'll be betting on, or at least not before the match starts, may take something in-running. |

Re: Rolland Garros 2009
Don't be an arse. Deleting your tips because they lose is not acceptable. If everyone did that there'd be no posts here to read ![]() Doing that gives people a false impression of your gambling prowess and may mislead them into thinking that you actually know what you're talking about. Don't do it again please. |

Re: Rolland Garros 2009
Some quick thoughts on the women's final although I'm a winner (just enough to cover my match betting losses
) no matter what happens having covered Safina, Kuznetsova and Dementieva at the start for the tourny...Personally, I think this is a 50-50 game and Kuznetsova is way overpriced no matter what anyone says about her fitness - she's a battler and that could prove decisive today. Although Safina has won 5 of their last 6 meetings, it's important to note only two of those have come on clay (and they split their last 2 claycourt meetings 1-1). Although Safina breezed through her first four matches, she has shown she could be a little vulnerable even against lesser players. To drop a set to Azarenka (and almost getting the boot if the Belarussian had been more composed) who is completely unimpressive on clay (relative to her hardcourt feats) speaks volumes. Couple that with her mediocre showing against Cibulkova, it's hard to make a case for her being a 1.40 shot. Kuznetsova will certainly provide the stiffest test yet and having emerged from long, drawn out battles against Serena Williams, Radwanska and Stosur (who has had a terrific run herself and I'd have fancied her against Safina too), you've got to feel that she has got the better preparation coming into the final. Ladbrokes are offering 3.25 for Kuznetsova -1.5 Games - this has got to be worth a serious look IMO... |

Re: Rolland Garros 2009
I'll keep this brief as I will be at RG later to catch this one (hopefully, I'd be watching a piece of history). Having placed an outright on Federer at the outset, I too won't be touching today's match but would provide some insights nonetheless...
I think Soderling has had a great run (it's pretty much common sense ), but as with so many runs by the underdogs, you just feel it's got to end somewhere. Truth be told, I can't see past a stroll for Federer here.Great as Soderling might have been to have seen off Ferrer, Nadal and Davydenko (let's be honest, Gonzalez was never much of a problem), he's pretty much up against someone chasing history (and markedly better as well). Just went through some interesting stats - Federer leads Soderling 9-0 on h2h, having only dropped just 1 set in that time. The only two claycourt meetings between the pair (Hamburg last year and Madrid this year) were rather straightforward straight-setters. Throw in the fact that Soderling is in unchartered territory and the occasion could overwhelm him somewhat (as had been the case in the semis, although he was lucky to resurrect a 1-4 deficit in the decider against a hopeless claycourter), this has the remake of the Ferrero-Verkerk final in 2003 (ie. a no contest). Interestingly, as I recall, Federer has never unduly troubled himself on his maiden Slam finals down the years - he disposed of Philippoussis (7-6, 6-2, 7-6), Safin (7-6, 6-4, 6-2) and Hewitt (6-0, 7-6, 6-0) for his first Wimbledon, Aussie Open and US Open crowns respectively. Without a shadow of doubt, I'd rank all three of those players on a different pedestal to Soderling and quite frankly, I'd be hard pushed to see Federer even being run close. Expect Federer to take this comfortably as he completes his Grand Slam and equals Sampras' haul of 14 Slams in the process. Three bets worth a look-at: Federer -6.5 Games (2.10 @ Ladbrokes), Under 32.5 Games (3.00 @ Ladbrokes) & Federer -8.5 Games (3.50 @ Ladbrokes). |

Re: Rolland Garros 2009
Well done with the ladies final, ed...
About the last game I absolutely agree with you, probably this will be too much for Soderling, I don't have any doubts about his mental sturdiness, but Federrer should be thousand times more prepared to win the final . I'll be on : Under 35.5 games @2.37 - 5 pts bet365 Federrer -6.5 games @2.66 - 3 pts Tiebreak played - NO @2.24 - 4 pts |
