Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
Hi Martens. Good luck with your double - shorter prices than I like betting, but I wouldn't expect it to have too much trouble winning.
No time to write much today, but 5 bets for me today: Isner to beat Bolelli @ 1.76 4pts Olaru to beat Yuan @ 2.1 2pts Hsieh to beat Vesnina @ 2.6 2pts Voskoboeva to beat Parmentier @ 2.22 2pts Pivovarova to beat Rodina @ 2.625 2pts Good luck all for today |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
Voskoboeva to beat Parmentier @2.18
The Russian played two great matches in Doha - defeated Danilidou and fought bravely against Sharapova and won a set. She has every chance today against the French who is coming from the clay and isn't much of a hardcourter... |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
Well, yesterday was an improvement on day 1 at least. 2 winners, 2 losers, and a tiny profit for the day as a result. Looks like you had a good day yesterday, Engineer, 5 from 6
Hadn't actually realised Isner was today, not yesterday, so I've got that one carried over, and only one other game catches my eye for today - Amanmuradova against Peer. I went against Amanmuradova in the 1st round purely on the grounds of value, but she came through fairly comfortably in straight sets. In decent form of late, including beating Szavay and taking Schnyder to a deciding set tie-break in Bangalore last week. As I've mentioned on here a few times, I'm not a fan of Peer at all, think she's pretty over-rated, and while she's justifiably a favourite for this one, I fancy the chances of an upset. She's already dropped sets to the likes of Voracova and Ditty this season on hard courts. Think Amanmuradova is capable of a set here at the very least, and don't think the win is beyond her. Amanmuradova @ 3.4 2pts Lay Peer 2-0 @ 2.06, liability 6pts |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
FFS, Amanmuradova has lost the first set 6-1, but blew 9 break points in all, including 5 in the very first game
Promptly gets broken in the first game of the 2nd set too and things aren't looking too good there ![]() |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
perhaps price djoko @5.5 is to reach the final....thats noit so juicy! and not so generous obviously, this is not grand slam after all, to predict quarter winners, so this one going for the djoko to reach the final @5.5, forget it, very risky and tricky
today Baghdatis v Wawrinka my pick is Wawrinka to win @2.2 pick is based on baghdatis bad form, he looks horrible this year, after he spent a week in hawai island, everything is ruined concerning his pre-season preparations and workings to improve physical condition, the guy looks absolutely out of form low stakes though, tennis is tennis, you never know whats happening out there in this sport good luck guys ![]() |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
i hope you did it, i watched that game live, and baghy was pure crappy, obviously in terrible physical condition
today Youznhy to beat Hewitt banker in my eyes, both players out of form again, but the russian ambitius to win and progress further in this tournament, i beleive he can do it, also, Robredo to beat Ljubicic, same reasoning as above good luck ![]() |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
The price on Djokovic is for him to win the tournament, Martens
I can assure you I would've ripped their arm off if they'd been offering 5.5 on him just to make the semis ![]() For today: Kuznetsova v Wozniacki No denying Wozniacki is a very promising player, and she's had some impressive results in the opening few rounds here, but to date she's come up very short every time she meets any of the top players. Since October, she's lost twice to Venus Williams (6-2 6-2 and 6-3 7-5), 6-1 7-5 to Ivanovic, 6-0 6-1 to Sharapova and 6-0 6-2 to Davenport. That's straight sets every time, and losing by 5 or more games every time. She's still only 17, and maybe not quite prepared yet mentally for the matches against the top players. I'll take Kuznetsova to dish out a similar punishment today. Kuznetsova 2-0 @ 1.98 2.5pts Kuznetsova -4.5 games @ 1.833 2.5pts |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
Yes, good call RC, I'd rather give credits to the Danish to score a good result against a top class player at last, but obviously she isn't ready yet.
Later I'll try to get moving and investigate tonight's coupon. But still I don't like tournaments played away from Europe, can't really get into them. |

Re: Pacific Life Open WTA + ATP
For that night:
Fish to beat Hewitt @2.60 - 5pts Fish is been having awesome performance in Indian Wells so Hewitt shouldn't be much of a problem for him if he plays like he did against Davy. The Australian managed to take two wins in a row, in the US but I don't see him as a fav against Fish. Great price for Mardy! Smaller bet Blake to beat Gasquet man @2.4 - 2 pts Here it's the home adavntage that can tip the balance I reckon. In fact I'm putting that bet with the intention to lay it if Blake produces a good start and I'm still awake ![]() Both players aren't the best serve holders so there should be good trading opportunities ![]() |
