Sorry for the downtime - again!

Dear fellow members,

We are sorry for the downtime that has been accuring time after time, however we are having big issues with the code of the site.

When the site was bought from the good chaps that once started the forum it was bought by a bigger group. They decided to outsource the coding and that has been causing us now tremendous amount of problems.
The code is in very bad condition.

I therefore reach out to you guys to see what you think

Should we;

A) Start fresh on a new domain, which will have no issues with downtime a new fresh design with a new solid forum. This would enable us to right from start add new features to the site without hassles coding them into a new code.

Or

B) Should we do our best efforts to rebuild the forum on the existing domain?

I would prefer it if we fixed the problems , if that means a new site , then so be it , we cant carry on like this , the site has died a death..
