Christianu's 2/1+ record (+28% yield)

Ermm is it alright if I continue with my season to date which stands at:

Staked: 109.5pts
Returned: 130.16pts
Profit: 20.66pts
Return on investment: 19%

I have posted every single bet on this forum so you will find them week-by-week so no after eventing. Besides ive kept records in the weekend bets thread every week so far this season. It is ok isnt it?

95% of my bets are 2/1+ with the occasional lower price thrown in there as I did last weekend- unsucessfully really, which is why I usually dont touch prices under 2/1.

Be easier for me to keep it here too I suppose.

My stake range is only 1-5pts- which I actually back at £10 a point.

2/1 means a decimal odd of 2.00 right chris?

Good luck with your blog and your bets man!

Good to see you in here Christian

Look others have mentioned I've been impressed with your ability to take 1 winner from 3/4 and still make a profit.

Best of luck for the weekend,

AMP

Cheers mate

The reason Ive been able to do that is that the average odds of sides Ive backed this year is around 3/1 so I only need a 26% strike rate to make any profit basic anyway.

Worked hard on a disciplined staking system after it was all over the place last year and a yield of 8%+ upwards will do me this year

Yeah good stuff Chris.

When you place your bets each week, do you put confidence ratings by their side out of 10?

If not you should maybe start, as you could find down the months a pattern coming up that could help you to eliminate some future ones and make even more profit?

Just a suggestion - keep up good work you little cnut

Cheers guys

To be honest Kiko I find it easier to rate my bets 1-5 as oppose to 1-10 and im open to all suggestions but Ill review my staking at the end of the season but Its doing well for me now so you cant change a winning formula.

Re: Christianu's Record (2/1+)

Take a look at Crawley Chris, see what you think.

They are 9/4 at home shot.

Here's a bit to get started with..

Although Grays beat Hereford away, their other away games against lesser opposition have not been all that impressive, results include...
Burton Albion 1 Grays 1
FGR 1 Grays 2 (last minute winner)
Tamworth 2 Grays 2

In their last 4 games (2H+2A)Grays have scored 11 but conceeded 8

Striker Battersby is still out for Grays and i see this as a slight negative for them.

Daryl Clare recently signed for Crawley and is prolific at this level.

Here's some match report Quotes from Crawley's last 3 games.....

Crawley 3 Canvey 1
Crawley climbed off the bottom of the Conference table with an impressive home win over Canvey.

Accrington 4 Crawley 2
Accrington finally saw off a resolute Crawley side to earn victory with two goals in the final 15 minutes.

FGR 2 Crawley 2
Ben Judge hit a late equaliser as Crawley staged a dramatic comeback to draw at Forest Green.

I just think they may warrant consideration for you system

Re: Christianu's Record (2/1+)

Tell you what Kop last year Crawley were a dream at home and I remember backing them at 2/1 at home to what would probably be the equivalent to Carlisle last year in Grays.

The problem is I havnt been following the conference at all this season where as I did fully last year. I will get into the habit of doing so but I remember doing poorly on the early stages last year so I want to let it settle.

Also Clare is a great signing, he did wonders for Boston. I saw your big bet in the weekend thead and it made me think and just seeing this now makes me wonder.. I have a lot of punting history with Crawley I do

But I dont think I can knowing nothing about the conference as yet and I think I will have to pass as I just dont know just how good Grays are yet unfortunately.

I hope they come in for you Kop You know saying that your bloody due a loser so that might be why im so wary

Re: Christianu's Record (2/1+)

IMO theres little value in Crawley here (sorry Kop but thats my opinion). Id probably rather back grays at 5/4. The fact is Grays havent lost in their 8 or so games this season and score for fun, so I wouldnt back them to lose. Crawley are leaking like nobodies business an all. Great game for the over 2.5 mind. I do agree that Clare is an absolute qualityn signing though, scored nigh on 40 for Chester when they got promoted.

ps I backed Crawley at 2/1 last year in that carlisle game and was at the game

No probs fellas, totally understandable, i'm a little less confident this morning and it is a bet that just doesn't look right on form but i'm still happy to let the bet ride. Just thought i'd mention them.

Have a profitable weekend
