Altrincham v Hayes & Yeading United
10-man Altrincham lost 3-0 at home to Bath City on Saturday the second game in a row that they have had someone sent off. They host Hayes & Yeading who pulled off a shock draw at Fleetwood at the weekend. Hayes & Yeading have signed striker Jefferson Louis following his departure from Gainsborough Trinity. Prediction Draw @ 5/2 Skybet Barrow v Histon Barrow and Histon both lack goals this season. Barrow's average goals per game is just 1.08 and histon's is worst at 0.96. Histon are with out a win in 9 league games and look like they are going down hill fast. The last game between the two sides ended Histon 3-1 Barrow that was on Sat 14 Aug. Barrow will be looking to preserve their record of never having lost at home to Histon. Histons away form is poor just 1 victory and 1 draw from their last six played. They have conceded 11 goals in these games, and just hit 3 in reply. Prediction Barrow (3pts) @ 8/11 Totesport Bath City v AFC Wimbledon Table topping Wimbledon come to Twerton Park looking to extend their unbeaten run to 9 games. Bath are yet to beat Wimbledon. Wimbledon won this game 4-0 back in September. Last seasons games were AFC Wimbledon 3-2 Bath City and Bath City 2-2 AFC Wimbledon with a record of goals in the fixture and both sides having plenty of goals in them this season over 2.5 goals and the away win look the likely outcome of this game. Prediction AFC Wimbledon @ 10/11 888sport over 2.5 @ 8/11 Skybet Crawley Town v Cambridge United Crawley Town have won 73% of their home games so far in the league (27% 2-1), and have Blue Square Premier top scorer Matt Tubbs on 22 goals in their side. He and his team mates will put Cambridge's five away game unbeaten run to the test at the Broadfield Stadium. Cambridge havent beat Crawley in 7 games and that was back in September 2007. The Average goals per game in their 12 meeting is 1.67 Crawley have the best defencive record in the league and should make this their 4th home win in a row. Prediction Crawley Town @ 2/5 Coral anytime goalscorer Craig McAllister @ 10/11 Coral Matt Tubbs (2pts) @ 4/5 Coral Darlington v Mansfield Town These two sides have met a total of 94 times, with Mansfield Town just on top with 40 wins to Darlington's 34 their game in October was a 1-1 draw. Darlington are unbeaten in their last 5 home league games with draws against top two AFC Wimbledon and Crawley Town. 43% of the Blue Square premier games this season have ended with a win for the home side. Mansfield Town have lost 43% of their away games in the league this season. Prediction Darlington @ 24/19 32Red Eastbourne Borough v Tamworth Garry Wilson's Eastbourne have lost their last 7 games and have let in 18 goals in those games and will have to improve alot if they are going to stay up this season. They have had over 2.5 goals in 69% of their league games and with Tamworth having over 2.5 goals in 65% of games over 2.5 looks a good bet here. Prediction Tamworth (3pts) @ 7/4 Bet365 over 2.5 @ 7/10 Bet365 Forest Green Rovers v Kidderminster Harriers Forest Green are hovering perilously just above the relegation zone, with 26 points from 26 matches. Kidderminster find themselves in a respectable 8th position, courtesy of the 40 points they have accumulated from 28 games. Kidderminster beat Forest Green 1-0 on new years day and will be looking to do the double over them today. But their away form has let them down all season with just 3 wins. The two sides have met 15 times with 8 of their games ending in draws and Kidderminster have drawn 46% of their away games this season. Prediction Draw @ 12/5 SportingBet Kettering Town v Fleetwood Town Fleetwood Town come into this fixture in the middle of a good run of form, they have only lost twice in the league since August. The reverse fixture back in September saw Fleetwood 4-1 winners with two goals from Magno Vieira who now has 17 goals this season. Kettering ended a run of three successive defeats at home, when they picked up only their second home win of the season on Saturday after they beat 10 men Eastbourne 3-0 but I don't think you can read to much into that as Eastbourne have now lost their last 7 games. Prediction Fleetwood Town @ 11/8 Betfred 0-2 @ 11/1 Bwin Magno Vieira anytime goalscorer @ 6/5 Coral Luton Town v Grimsby Town Luton Town are unbeaten in their last 8 league games and have not failed to score in their last 13 home games, they are also the Blue Square Premiers top scorers with 52 goals. Their home form is good, winning 3, drawing 2, and losing just 1 in the last 6 games. Luton can overturn their 2-0 loss to Grimsby earlier in the season here. Andy Drury who miss the weekend game with Gateshead, looks set for a move with Ipswich and Crystal Palace both interested in the 27 year old midfielder. Grimsby's defence had to work hard to keep Crawley Town out on Saturday and will have their work cut out again with Matthew Barnes-Homer and Danny Crow looking to keep the presser on the leagues top two. Prediction Luton Town (2pts) @ 4/6 Bluesq Under 2.5 @ 6/5 Bet365 Matthew Barnes-Homer first goalscorer @ 9/2 Bet365 |

Our 3pts max bet on Tamworth came off and a coulpe of late goals work both ways for us with Kidderminster getting one for the draw and bath city getiing one to take away the win bet for AFC Wimbledon from us but we got over 2.5 in that game. Barrow v Altrincham, These two have met a total of 25 times with 10 draws, 8 wins for Barrow and 7 for Altrincham. Their last game ended with a 2-0 home win for Altrincham thanks to goals from Shaun Densmore and Damien Reeves. Reeves is now on 8 for the season with 3 in his last 4 games. As I said on Tuesday Barrow lack goals this season and if Altrincham can get one early on then Barrow will struggle to get back into the game here. Only two points separate the sides but Altrincham have turned their season around after a very poor start with only one defeat in their last six. Prediction Altrincham, 3/1 Bet365 First goalscorer Damien Reeves, 7/1 888sport Hayes & Yeading v Kidderminster, Hayes & Ydng. are stuck down in the relegation zone of Blue Square (Conference) Premier but have only failed to score in one of their last 9 games, they have had over 2.5 goals in 71% of their home league games this season. Kidderminster have scored in all of their last 8 games and their last 7 away games. Chris McPhee Kidderminster's penalty taker is on 11 for the season and is always a good first goalscorer bet. Prediction Kidderminster, 7/5 Bet365 First goalscorer Chris McPhee, 5/1 Coral Both teams to score, 4/7 Skybet Over 2.5, 7/10 Bluesq Bath City v Cambridge Utd, The two sides met for the first tI'me back in October, Bath City won that day 1-2 with a 90th minute goal from Kaid Mohamed. Bath city have done well this season and have just played all of the top 4 teams along with in form Altrincham in their last 5 games, they picked up 5pts from those games and will give struggling Cambridge Utd a tough game. Prediction Bath City, 11/8 Totesport 2-1, 17/2 Skybet Eastbourne Boro v Grimsby, Eastbourne were on the losing end of my 3pts max bet on Tuesday that gave us a nice profit. I cant see their luck getting any better today, they have now lost their last 8 and face a Grimsby Town side still in with a chance of the play-offs. I can only see this going one way and have made Grimsby my top bet of the day. Prediction Grimsby Town (3pts) 11/10 Totesport Histon v Newport County, Newport County's play-off hopes look like they are slipping away, they have only picked up one point in their last five games. Histon's form is not any better but they look over priced here after they have made the last 3 teams they have played work hard for the points, they still lack goals and that makes them hard to back right now but I'm going to take the risk here with value on my side. Prediction Histon, 7/2 VC Darlington v Kettering, Darlington are in decent form at home, having won 3 and drawn 3 of their last six league games, Kettering come into this game having won their last two games. Marcus Law is doing a great job their after he moved from Barwell who he took on an unbeaten run of 60 games. Kettering have not failed to score in their last 9 away games and 71% of away game have gone over 2.5 goals. Prediction Kettering, 7/2 VC over 2.5, 11/10 Bet365 Fleetwood Town v Forest Green, Struggling Forest Green overcame play-off chasing Fleetwood 1-0 at the New Lawn just 3 weeks ago. Fleetwood Town haven't lost in their last six home matches, but have drawn four of them. I went with Magno Vieira to be anytI'me goalscorer on Tuesday night and in going to go with hI'm to be first goalscorer here along with the home win. Prediction Fleetwood Town, 8/13 888sport Magno Vieira first goalscorer, 7/2 888sport 2-0, 15/2 hills Mansfield v Wrexham, Mansfield Town lie just outside the play-off positions, picking up 41 points from their 28 games so far. Wrexham's total of 46 points from their 26 games sees them sitting in the play-off places. There is not to much to call between these two sides in their 82 meetings Mansfield have won 31, with Wrexham winning 30 and 21 draws. Wrexham have won 5 of the last 6 games between them and come into this game on the back of an 11 game unbeaten run, winning their last 4. They should have to much for Mansfield here. Prediction Wrexham (2pts) 7/4 Bet365 Rushden & D'mnds v Tamworth, The most recent encounter between these two sides was last season, the Diamonds won that day by a score of 3-2. Tamworth have not failed to score in their last 9 and have gone over 2.5 in 67% of games this season. Rushden have lost their last 3 at home and have only one win in 9. Prediction Tamworth, 7/2 VC over 2.5, 4/5 Skybet Southport v York, York have won 8 of their last 11 games and Southport have lost 7 of their last 10. I cant see a turn around in fortunes for Southport in this game and have made the away win for the Minstermen a max bet. Prediction York (3pts) 11/10 Stanjames |

Re: Blue Square Premier Bets
York had David McGurk sent off in the second minute and Chris Lever scored the from the penalty he gave away, Southport never looked back after that. But late goals for Grimsby and Wrexham went my way and a 2-0 win for fleetwood makes a nice +10.40 profit on the day, +16.32 for the week.

Re: Blue Square Premier Bets

York v AFC Wimbledon York paid the price of having someone sent off again on Saturday when they were beat 4-0 by Southport that game came just 11 days after they were beat 5-0 by Luton after having their goalkeeper sent off. They have now let in 10 goals in their last 3 games but have only had 6 put past them at home in the league all season. That will be put to the test when the leagues top scorers come knocking. Wimbledon are unbeaten in their last 10 games and will be looking to put more points between themselves and Crawley Town with a win here. Prediction AFC Wimbledon (2pts) 9/5 Bet365 Luton v Darlington Luton havent beat Darlington in their last 4 games but Darlington have only ever won once at Luton. Luton's home form this season is the best in the division and they are unbeaten in their last 7 home games, they have also scored in all of their 14 home league games, with just one defeat at home in the league all season scoring 37 goals. Darlington are on a good run of 6 unbeaten games but will have to be at their best to come back with the points today. The last game between these two was in September that ended Darlington 2-2 Luton Town. I see this being a close game again but Luton should just win it. Prediction Luton, 1/2 BlueSq First Goalscorer Matthew Barnes-Homer 9/2 Bet365 Southport v Grimsby The last time Southport beat Grimsby was on Saturday 12th February 1972 when they won 1-0 at home. The two sides have played 5 games since then with Grimsby winning 3 of them. Southport are without defenders Adam Flynn (hamstring) and Rob Marsh-Evans (ankle ligament damage). Striker Steve Daly could return to the squad after an appendix operation, while midfielder Alan Moogan (hip) remains doubtful. Grimsby Town could hand a debut to new midfield man Bryan Hughes, the former Birmingham and Hull has joined the club on a free transfer. Grimsby's form doesn't look to great but they have played some of the top teams this month Wrexham, York City, Crawley Town and Luton Town they will be looking to keep up with the top six and make it two away wins in a row. Prediction Grimsby (2pts) 5/4 Totesport Histon v Fleetwood Town Fleetwood could welcome back defender Shaun Beeley, who missed the 2-0 win against Forest Green with a knock. Defender Nathan Pond is still suspended, while fellow defender Paul Linwood (knee) is out. Histon show signs of improving but are still without a win in their last 11 games and really need a goalscorer if they are going to get themselves out of trouble. Fleetwood Town have had Under 2.5 goals in 77% of their away games. Prediction Fleetwood Town, 7/10 Bet365 Under 2.5, evens Skybet Wrexham v Altrincham This game wont be as easy as the league table mite suggest, but Wrexham have won their last 5, and are unbeaten in 12 games. Altrincham are in good form with one defeat in six games, they will be without midfielder Wes Baynes, who is ineligible to face his parent club and defender Marc Joseph misses out again as he serves the final game of a three-match ban. Altrincham have had over 2.5 goals in 64% of their away games this season. Prediction Wrexham 4/9 (2pts) Coral over 2.5, 3/4 Bet365 Rushden & Diamonds v Cambridge Utd These two sides meet twice in a week. Cambridge defender Jonathon Thorpe serves a one-match ban after his red card during the 4-0 defeat at Bath. Striker Conal Platt also misses out after he picked up an ankle injury during loss on Saturday. Rushden & Diamonds have not failed to score in their last 5 games and are unbeaten in 3 games, I cant see Cambridge putting an end to their poor run of form tonight against Rushden & Diamonds. Prediction Rushden & Diamonds, 4/5 Totesport 2-1, 7/1 Hills Eastbourne Boro v Gateshead Eastbourne will be without Matt Smart again as he serves the final game of a three-match ban. They have now lost their last 9 games. Gateshead are set to welcome back captain Ben Clarke, who has completed a one-match ban. Eastbourne put in a great first half performance against Grimsby and were unlucky not to get anything out of the game, and will have to be at their best if they are going to get to pick up some points tonight. Prediction Gateshead, (2 pts) 17/10 Bet365 1-2, 10/1 Skybet |

Re: Blue Square Premier Bets
I go on between 1 and 3 points for each bet, so you could say 1 point is £5, 2 pts £10 and £15 for 3 pts, but how much money you put on a bet comes down to what your bank roll is. It is suggested that no more than 5% of your bank is used in one day, with the majority of your bets falling below that top level. Alot of people come undone by not having good bankroll management and having nothing left to claw back their losses after a bad run, we all have them

Re: Blue Square Premier Bets

AFC Wimbledon v Fleetwood Town AFC Wimbledon boss Terry Brown blamed fatigue for his side's 4-1 loss to York City on Tuesday night after trips to Darlington, Bath, Fleetwood and Gateshead. Wimbledon will hand a late fitness test to defender Ryan Jackson, who has a groin injury. Fellow defender Ismail Yakubu (knee) looks set to miss out, while striker Luke Moore is struggling with a knock and remains doubtful. Fleetwood will be without recent signing striker George Donnelly, who has a calf problem. Defender Paul Linwood also misses out with a knee injury, so Will Haining is set to keep his place in defence. Prediction Fleetwood Town, 18/5 Bwin Altrincham v Southport Liam Watson's Southport, will be hoping to build on their 4-0 hammering of York City and 2-2 draw with Grimsby Town, when they come to Altrincham. Altrincham are set to include defender Marc Joseph, who has completed his three-match ban. Southport will be without leading scorer Shaun Whalley, who begins a four-match ban. Steve Daly is fit again after a recent appendix operation and could deputise, but defender Rob Marsh-Evans (ankle ligament) is almost certainly out. Prediction Southport, 19/10 Bet365 Over 2.5, 17/20 Bet365 Barrow v Wrexham Wrexham will be looking to make it seven consecutive wins when they make the trip to Barrow on Saturday. Their is a long history between these two sides going back to 1921 when Barrow won 5-2 on new years eve. 6 of their last 7 games have ended in draws with 5 of them ending 1-1. However if Wrexham can continue the fine form they are in then I can only see one winner in this game. Wrexham are likely to include Jordan McMillan in their squad, after he signed on loan from Rangers. Barrow could hand a debut to striker Wayne Curtis, who has joined the club on loan from Fleetwood and fellow striker Louis Almond has extended his loan spell at the club and is expected to start. Prediction Wrexham, 20/21 Totesport Cambridge Utd v Rushden & D'mnds Caretaker manager Jez George has called on the club's supporters to come out in full voice as Cambridge attempt to secure their first home victory in two months. Rushden's win on Tuesday night especially as they came from a goal down, will give them the confidence to go for the win again here. Cambridge United midfielders Simon Russell and James Jennings both face fitness tests after suffering knocks and James Jennings is a doubt. Prediction Rushden & D'mnds (3pts) 6/4 Skybet Over 2.5, 17/20 Bet365 Forest Green v Hayes & Yeading Both sides will be looking for three valuable points at the New Lawn on Saturday in this relegation battle game. The two sides have met 3 times with Hayes & Yeading yet to beat Forest Green, Forest Green have won the last two both away from home. Forest Green are likely to include midfielder Matt Somner in their squad, following his move from Mansfield on transfer deadline day and striker Steve Guinan may return to the starting line-up after fully recovering from a calf injury. Prediction Forest Green, 11/10 Bet365 First goalscorer Reece Styche, 11/2 Bet365 2-1, 8/1 Skybet Kidderminster v Bath City Kiddy manager Steve Burr backs his men to deliver. "We're confident enough of three points but Bath have been on a good run themselves," he told his club's official website. The Harriers, who thumped Hayes and Yeading 4-0 last Saturday, are sixth in the table with 44 points. Things have been pritty even beween these two sides in the past with 7 wins for Kidderminster and 6 for Bath City with two draws. Their last game ended in a 2-0 home win for Bath. Kidderminster will be without striker Lee Morris, who has been struggling with a thigh injury and midfielders Matty Blair (hip) and Dave Hankin (calf) are doubtful after picking up knocks. Bath City could boost their attacking options by handing a debut to striker Jonathan Brown and midfielder Joe Burnell is set to start. Prediction Bath City, 10/3 Skybet Both Teams to score, 3/4 Bluesquare Tamworth v Histon Bottom-club Histon will aim to extend their unbeaten run to four games when they visit Tamworth at the Lamb Ground on Saturday. The Stutes earned a shock 1-0 win over fifth-placed Fleetwood Town on Tuesday, which follows draws with Barrow and Newport County. Tamworth will be without suspended striker Jason Bradley, so either Jervaise Christie or Adi Yussuf could play in attack. Histon will hand a late fitness test to winger Daniel Sparkes, who is suffering with a shin injury. Striker Omer Riza (calf) is a minor doubt. Prediction Draw, 3/1 Coral |
