Liverpool v Arsenal

Great great game thus far , Arsenal silky and delighful to watch , Pool playing 2 up front and suffering for it but game and plucky.
Commentators ALL TO A MAN LIVERPOOL FANS, willing Flamini to be injured.

Re: Liverpool v Arsenal

been an enjoyable first half , Torres has been quiet , looking forward to the second half , what will the managers change tactic-wise in the second half , Liverpool have been very attacking from both fullbacks could see Arsenal with the long diagonal ball over the defence

Liverpool to win. Next goal at 11/8 is a play for me, Torres and Gerrard can only get better, get crosses to Crouch and I cannot see Arsenal coping

Re: Liverpool v Arsenal

Arse do look brittle and Flamini is a huge out for them now.
I'd bring on Theo down the right and maybe push Pool deeper

Cracking game, and so it bloody well should have been given the 180 minutes of pure footballing murder we're now gonna be subjected to with Chelsea and Liverpool through

Re: Liverpool v Arsenal

I thought it was a really poor game tonight, home team showed no ambition at all and got lucky that the away team were inept up front and devoid of ideas....

...yep, i got saddled watching the Chelsea game and missed all the excitement

Not sure mate to be honest, went out straight after the whistle and didnt really see anything. Chelsea fans amused me no end tonight, trying to get to the Fener players by booing, the same Fener players who get flares, fireworks and anything that burns hurled at them for every away game lol.

...things were that bad at one point Chelsea fans were singing "we're supposed to be at home" too

Re: Liverpool v Arsenal

Just got in from the game tonight - fucking hell I'm nackered.

There was a lorry fire on the m62 going down there and it took 6 1/2 hours from Newcastle>Liverpool and only 2 1/2 on the way back, granted we were slightly over the speed limit.

Fernando Torres, Liverpool's number Nine - BOUNCE

Na na na na na na na na naaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Re: Liverpool v Arsenal

Liverpool's penalty was definitely the correct decision, Arsenal should have had one in the 1st leg though (and therefore would have probably gone through on away goals, as they wouldn't have had 9 men forward at 3-2).

Anyway, it doesn't matter, Liverpool are through, that's not going to change, so good luck to them against Chelsea (yes I will actually be supporting Liverpool for once, as the slightly less boring of the 2 teams).
