He strikes me as the next Mourinho, very charasmatic, very clever and look how well he's done with Croatia. They have a good team, but I think he's got at least an extra 20% out of them.

I dont have fond memories of Bilic when he played for Everton. He only played 28 times in 3 years which wasnt very good for 4.5m. We had to pay him off for 1m as well cos he was crocked basically but still under contract.

Hes guitarist/singer in a Croat rock band called Rawbau (btw im serious).
