Fucking hell. That is one hell of an effort finally from him.

I remember watching him on that fit camp last year and it was such a shame as you could see he wanted to try and lose the weight for his health but he just couldn't cope.

Great to see the effort he has gone on to make and now he has got to look like this.

To be honest he looked better fat didn't he?

Fair play - losing a third of your body weight is pretty impressive. Another 5 or 6 stone probably wouldn't go amiss. His head looks out of proprtion to his body and arms at the moment.
