I wouldn't rule City out without Tevez for a few reasons.
City got to the FA cup final and started their good run after Tevez got Injured towards the back end of last season probably finishing the stronger of the teams in the top 4, when Tevez is injured Kompany takes over the captains armband and looks a lot more accomplished in that roll, I also have a feeling now Dzeko has a few Prem games under his belt he will come good, he started to look sharp towrads the end of the season and with a full pre seasons training under his belt should vastly improve as he's a great footballer, thats not even mentioning Aguero who if he lives upto expectations could set the Premiership alight.

I'm glad you've mentioned Dzeko, Slick. I've got him in my dream team for the opening fixtures, Swansea at home, i'm expecting a 5-0 there as things stand. What about Clichy, is he a likely starter?
