The Daily Punt is proud to present its first Tipster challenge of the year (FREE ENTRY)

Over the summer break we will be launching a Fun Summer Break Tipster Challenge.

The competiton will last for 10 weeks commencing Monday the 13th June 2005.

The Daily Punt will offer a prize for the best tipsters as follows

1st - £125
2nd - £75
3rd - £50

Only Members may enter.

Full details will be released within a few days. Only 150 members will be allowed to participate so get your name down here quickly to avoid disappointment.

May i add entrants/members will be closely watched by the board and any entrant who we feel is more of an entrant than a member as the competition progresses will be removed. this shouldnt be a problem for 99% of us but there will be the odd fly-by-night chancer.

Full details to follow over next few days AMP. It should hopefully be running concurrently with your Vcash account. the only certainty we can offer is that the contest will be starting in the next week to 10 days and that the prize money is there to be won in cash for all entrants.

Hopefully we should be able to let people chose their own events but it will take a wee bit of work this end to get it all smoothed out to make it a great competition over the balmy summer months when we all should be out doing something else.

My aim is to make people not feel guilty for being a comp/net fiend as its great

Thought I could waste a post to get up to 30 but I've actually got a question.

Now, I'm a "selective reader" (which means I'm basically a lazy ****) so apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but what is the VCash thing and more importantly how do I gamble it!!!!

Seriously though I'm guessing it's virtual cash. What's it for?

Nah you'll soon see and there will be a facility using a couple of online payment methods to make it actaully be real cash in the future but we'll walk before we run. Have a look in the messy vbookie test forum AMP to pick up some info. Thnk you can still bet on the FA cup game i left up as a test. Dont worry about spending your bucks as we'll reset them all for the competition if we have it all in place in time. slicks on the case tho so i have faith.

Trust me - no ones a lazier cnuT than me. Ask Komp - its like a chore for me to reply to threads etc, but im making a big an effort as i can here.

And what is all this talk about hookers?? Have i missed something?
