Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
i think x factor has a lower age limit - not sure tho? there are a few child singers this time around but so far i've only seen the others sing. this one has a bit of charisma about her as well. i detect a little bit of cockiness though - that doesn't always go down well with the public. anyway tote has her at 5.0, which is low considering she hasn't appeared yet...

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
the 40 qualifiers are:
Edward Reid (Age: 35 / Talent: Singer) Michael Collings (Age: 19 / Talent: Singer) Ronan Parke (Age: 12 / Talent: Singer) Out of the Blue (Age: 18-23 / Talent: A capella group) Razy Gogonea (Age: 29 / Talent: Dance) New Bounce (Age: 12-15 / Talent: Singers) Les Gibson (Age: 41 / Talent: Impressionist) Steven Hall (Age: 53 / Talent: Comedy dancing) Donelda Guy and Mega & Biba (Age: 66 / Talent: Dog act) Antonio Popeye (Age: 47 / Talent: Eye-popper) Herbie Armstrong (Age: 66 / Talent: Musician) Pip & Puppy (Age: 21 / Talent: Dog opera) Aeolian Chimes - Gay & Alan (Age: 56 & 59 / Talent: Bell Ringers) Ted & Grace (Age: 92 & 21 / Talent: Singers) Enchantment (Age: 17-52 / Talent: Circus act) Mexican Mayhem (Age: 59 / Talent: Dog double act) Girls Roc (Age: 21-27 / Talent: Dancing fire act) Marawa The Amazing (Age: 28 / Talent: Hula-hoop act) Follow The Right Path (Age: 13-14 / Talent: Rappers) Angela & Teddy (Age: 64 / Talent: Dog act) Stuart Arnold (Age: 42 / Talent: Impressionist) Jessica Hobson (Age:19 / Talent: Singer) The Circus of Horrors (Age: Various / Talent: Variety horror act) Joe Oakley (Age: 19 / Talent: Bike act) The Celtic Colleens (Age: 9-30 / Talent: Dance troupe) Mr & Mrs (Age 55-44 / Talent: Singers) Jay Worley (Age: 18 / Talent: Singer) Dance Angels (Age: 9-23 / Talent: Dance troupe) Two and A Half Men (Age: 26-28 / Talent: Trio dance act) David & Karen (Age: 40 & 28 / Talent: Magicians) Wachiraporn Tirpak (Age: 28 / Talent: Cabaret act) Lorna Bliss (Age: 29 / Talent: Professional impersonator) Paul Gbegbaje (Age: 19 / Talent: Musician) Bruce Sistaz (Age: 27 & 19 / Talent: Martial Arts) Abyss (Age 17-28 / Talent: Dancers) Jai McDowall (Age: 24 / Talent: Singer) Nathan Wyburn (Age: 21 / Talent: Artist) James Hobley (Age: 11 / Talent: Dancer) Up & Over It (Age: 31 / Talent: Dancers) Jean Martyn (Age 59 / Talent: Musician) weirdly there were three much touted (by the press) child singers who apparently received standing ovations and 3 yes's at their auditions who did not feature in the show at all including taylor fowliss in the post above. one rumour going round is that they were axed at the behest of simon cowell to give a free run for ronan park. anyway i've said in the past that i'd take the internet leader in shows like this as a matter of course so im on michael collins 17.0 3pts ew@ Lads. he has almost twice as many hits as ronan park. interestingly the romanian body popper razy gorgonea is not too many hits behind MC so i'll be watching his price. he has also been well and truly pimped by the producers with his dance of with the french guy last night. RG has had more air time than any other act! |

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
1st SF line-up (running not yet known but expect RP to be in the pimpslot).
Bruce Sistaz Donelda Guy Girls Roc Joe Oakley Paul Gbegbaje Ronan Parke Stuart Arnold Ted & Grace so RP to qualify in 1st. imo the second place is between JO (trick cyclist) PG (pianist) and DG (dog trainer). since it will be a judges choice it could be anyone? |

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
Have not really been following x factor too much, saw this weekends show though and thought they were all crap, some woman with a howling dog, eye popping man, 2 chavvy rappers, bell ringing oldies. I mean seriously!!!!
Also not sure how the romanian dancer beat the french dancer? That french guy was the most talented in the whole show. The romanian guy just jumped around on his knees (I could do that) The winner needs to be something spectacular, I don't see any deserved winner in that lot. I'd give Girls Roc 1 though. If Two and a Half Men up their game a lot they might have a chance. |

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
Not watching it but here's one market the producers could fiddle and it's over at Stan James right now in-running:
Britain's Got Talent - Semi Final 1 In-Play Market Settled On First Act Announced To Have Qualified For The Final Bruce Sistaz 33/1 Donelda Guy 28/1 Girls Roc 50/1 Joe Oakley 8/1 Paul Gbegbaje 10/1 Ronan Parke 1/5 Stuart Arnold 100/1 Ted And Grace 40/1 Bet365's odds on just to qualify in-running are: Bruce Sistaz 12/1 Donelda Guy 9/2 Girls Roc 40/1 Joe Oakley 5/4 Paul Gbegbaje 5/4 Ronan Parke 1/40 Stuart Arnold 25/1 Ted And Grace 7/2 |

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
razy gogonea drifted out to 9.0 on betfair so placed 2pts (had to settle for 8.8 for some of it) to win as he is not the internet leader with over 6 mill hits (thats more than twice ronan park the maket leader by a long way). i may try and get him ew as well before tonights sf.
i also took ronan @3.5 before last night's semi - 5pt win @sportingbet. this should give me a guaranteed profit however RP, RG or MC finish, as long as one of them wins!! i do think the producers will try to remove RG or MC tonight to give RP a clearer run, but hopefully they will both go through ![]() my ideal result would be an MC win overall. |

Razy Gogonea? What sort of name is that?
Sounds like something that Komp's taking drugs to get rid of. |

Re: Britains Got Talent 2011
points are used rather than cash amounts as a way of showing how sure you are of a selection, normally folk use 10pt maximum where 10 would be a maximum bet, so say youre normal stake is £10, that would be 1pt, with £40 being 4pts,a £100 stake being 10pts ect.
