Ante-post betting update from William Hill: Magic Melanie McCabe cut for X Factor Victory - The X Factor - Betting News | William Hill
Today's Bettingzone Market News: 1255: Janet Devlin is the 5/1 favourite with Stan James to win the X Factor but by far the biggest mover since Saturday's show has been Melanie McCabe who has been cut from 33/1 to 16/1 by William Hill after a number of big bets were placed. "Melanie has to be a genuine contender and we fully expect her price to shorten in the next few days," said Rupert Adams of William Hill. |

Re: x factor 2011 audition dates
Yesterday's Bettingzone Market News:
1500: Samantha Brooks from North Wales blew all the X Factor judges away on Saturday night with her rendition of Whitney Houston’s ‘One Moment In Time’. The bubbly barmaid who was dubbed ‘Size sexy’ by US judge Kelly Rowland has now been installed at 9/1 with Paddy Power to be crowned this year’s X Factor winner. The standard of this year’s acts are so high that the bookies odds or all very close together. Janet Devlin from County Tyrone is still Paddy Power’s 9/2 favourite closely followed by 21-year-old Scottish singer Jade Richards at 11/2, Brighton born Lascel Wood, who sang ‘Use Somebody’ by Kings Of Leon at 8/1 and boy band The Keys also at 8/1. Sharon McHugh, spokesperson for Paddy Power said: "When Sami sang on Saturday night she gave all four judges goosebumps. "The standard is so high this year that viewers are in for a real treat when we reach the live stages of X Factor!" |
