Re: X Factor 2010
The final 12, for what its worth, is(according to the spoiler):
Girls - Cher, Rebecca, Katie Boys - Nicolo, Aidan, Matt Groups - FYD, New Direction, plus new girl group Overs - John, Storm, Mary Thats off the top of my head but I think its correct. I had a little on FYD at 50s too, other than that i'll wait until the lives. Probably. |

Re: X Factor 2010
Right then, I've made my decision based on the boot camp performance, which I've only just been bothered to watch.
The music she produced in America was great. She has a wonderfully quirky and marketable image and a dreamy voice with fantastic clarity. Her musical style is bang on trend too! In sales, it's all about the smile. A great smile is worth a million dollars and this girl's smile will mesmerise viewers and pick up easy votes. I'm going for Katie Waissel in addition to my FYD bet. |

Re: X Factor 2010
Am i missing something then? So basically she just sang the remixed version off it? Nothing wrong with that is there
She has a cracking voice though (If its not edited) And she has exactly the same style as Cheryl Cole and a good swagger so she will get pushed far, wouldnt suprise me if she is allready signed up by Simon |

Re: X Factor 2010
Lets go a little further back too...
Ok, she said it was someone else's version this time, but you have to question her apparent originality. I don't like to be too harsh, but this girl is a totally unlikeable chavette and will only appeal to that subclass of people. Remember Graziella from Miss Frank. Well if they wanted this kind of artist, they let it slip away when they put her in a girl band. She had raw talent and wasn't just some bedroom YouTube wannabe. |

Re: X Factor 2010
If she classed it off as her own song and lyrics then it wouldnt look to good for her but she hasnt so theres nothing that can be said wrong at all about her, she went out sang the song and did very well thats if she wasnt edited though, soon find out at the live ones in a few weeks. She will get pushed though to high heavens shes a younger Cheryl Cole. Thing i found funny though was on saturdays show she was wearing Cheryl Coles top

That's what she did. She just changed one line though... I think the Jerusalem ring-a-ding-ding bit I believe. Quote:

Re: X Factor 2010
Just to confirm those final 12 acts... A copy 'n' paste straight from the Radio Times
The X Factor Saturday 09 October 7:40pm - 10:10pm ITV1 London 11, series 7 Tonight sees the first of this weekend's two live shows as the finalists compete for that life-changing record contract. Dannii Minogue mentors the boys, indluding Aiden Grimshaw, Matt Cardle and Nicolo Festa, Cheryl Cole has the girls - Cher Lloyd, Katie Waissel and Rebecca Ferguson, Simon Cowell backs the groups, FYD, Belle Amie and 1 Direction, while Louis Walsh looks after the Over 28's category of John Adeleye, Mary Byrne and Storm Lee. Dermot O'Leary is on hand to deal with the war of words. Whoops! |

Re: X Factor 2010
The word is that there may be two wild card entries into the live shows, which is why the 1st show is as long as it is. The rumour mill suggests Gamu and Treyc. Quite how that works is a mystery, as that's effectively two extra acts for Chezza "The Third Coming" Cole (Cowell being The Second Coming).
There's also only 12 weeks of live shows, so perhaps for two weeks, the bottom two acts will go, or the final will be around five acts rather than three. It's getting as bad as Big Brother: constantly having to reinvent itself to remain interesting. ![]() Anyway, if this wild card thing is true, then Treyc is good value at 41.0 |

Re: X Factor 2010
Apparently the leaked list is wrong and they have gone the final 12 wrong. Also those tv guides have just gone from the internet rumours as well Gavster
Going to back her me thinks when the Betfair market opens |
