Lucy Benjamin has reality TV show form here in that she won The X Factor: Battle of the Stars despite not being able to sing (she beat Matt Stevens in the final).

I don't think anyone's managed to win two British reality TV shows though but Matt Dawson came kind of close (he won Celebrity Masterchef but finished second in Strictly Come Dancing).

One of Britain's most favourite sporting losers Jimmy White heads the market here presumably because of his 'everyman' factor.

Sometimes you don't have to do a damn thing that''s entertaining or memorable but a public gamble can just carry you all the way to victory (see: Joe Pasquale, Christopher Biggins and Joe Swash).

We'll just have to wait and see.

The rumoured £450,000 (or some other ridiculous figure that she's getting) probably ensures ITV fixes it so she won't be the first one out.

Annoyed I missed the 8/1 (cut into 6/1) on Lucy Benjamin to win the whole thing over at Betfred as she's a general best-price of 7/1 now.

Mind you I'm hopeless at IAC. I predicted Sheree Murphy and got stung badly when Carol Thatcher popped out of 'nowhere' to become Britain's favourite female conservative ahead of Sid Owen and the aforementioned Sheree Murphy.

It's a positive vote so if she's in it then Jordan won't be anywhere near eliminated for a long long time - If it were a negative vote she'd be gone first up.

Couple of small plays for me.

First of all I'll take Jordan - Im under no illusions that she is universally hated but its a positive vote and she most certainly still has support out there. More than any other year this year has complete and utter nobodies, and so every column inch, every bush tucker trial, every workplace conversation will be about Jordan.

It could go either way but if she comes across ok(she wont) or more likely gets bullied/picked on by the others or the public/newspapers then her positive vote can easily dwarf anyone elses.

Failing that, if its to be one of the others then Gino looks the man to me. Sure to turn out to be a housewives favourite and personality looks good enough.
