Cheers.

Bloody hell - this is a big decision already. Pass and his odds will come right in - fail and he's the outsider.

I can't imagine Lucas will fail him if he has a free choice - I think I'll let it ride tonight, then start some laying of the favs.

The problem with John, is he is now in a difficult position..If he passses he becomes immune and therefore just a great big boring git..

Somehow you can see him getting more support if he fails and is up for eviction everytime..

On reflection you are right. If he passes, his odds won't fall much below 3s as he will have no purpose and no sympathy (resentment if anything) for the next x amount of weeks, and so is unlikely to develop much more until the final, and so wouldn't be the fav by then...certainly not ever gonna go odds on or anything.

If he fails, he will get more support, no doubt, but being up every week will push his price straight out to 8s or 10s. He will get more support that way but its still a huge ask to win if up every week. Don't know many contestants that could do that.

So it's either an immediate downside, or an upside that really isn't much of an upside at all, as he'll peak and then probably begin a big drift for the next month or so.

So, layed stake back @ 5(odds shifting back out already) to start with a green on John.

Just getting ready for a big lay if he passes - you ready for that one trick?

Re: Big Brother Celebrity Hijack

By the looks of things there were a lot of highly strung, focused, don't like losing types going in which = friction, and plenty of it.(especially with all the meddling!)

So what we need is someone that's gonna fly under the radar and offer a nice trading proposition...someone quiet but fairly 'nice'(horrible word)...any suggestions?

Re: Big Brother Celebrity Hijack

How's Anthony looking trick?

He did look and say he could be seen as arrogant, but seems like the type that wouldn't actually be so when push comes to shove and he's with a lot of other big personalities...(altho at under 10s i'm not sure he's too much of a proposition.)

Calista too? She's over 30s already!
