To me this looks like a value bet, my reasoning being

10 players with the Lions
Injuries - the main one Mefin Davies - the star hooker , replacement is new cap Mathew Rees
Wales trying out some new players
USA playing at home.

I still believe Wales can win but to overcome the 24 handicap will be difficult.
