Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
First off Huddersfield at +10 looks a good bet considering the way they played against Warrington at Knowlsey road, you'd expect Saints to win this but if Huddersfield can put in another strong performance then they are capable of running Saints very close.
Huddersfield + 10 @ 1.9's @ paddypower, those odds look the same at most bookies. As for the Leeds v Wigan game , I need to look at the prospective team news first as Leeds do have a few Injurys at the moment and that handicap is giving nothing away IMO. |

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
For a start off Yorkie, there is no such thing as 2000%
![]() You`ll get mullered tommorrow and the -4 is tantamount to finding it in the street !! I wont be betting as im on outright and hate overkill , also with not drinking anymore it might get me on the pop , so im happy with what ive got... It would be a close game that id fancy Wigan nicking as quite frankly were awesome away from home this year, but with all the injuries you have, youve no chance pal Be careful with Huddersfield Slick, theyve had 2 hard games the last 2 weeks and were absolutley knackered in the last 20mins against Wire. Thats when Saints are at their strongest ,and to have any chance of winning the game, Huddersfield need to get about 12 up early doors then hang on - if Saints get a good start then its all over |

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
At the start of the play off series, I put up Huddersfield as potential winners. By 9:45 pm I expect this ticket to be in the bin ( Though have secured a profit ). As Grim stated, the Giants looked shot after last Week and it will take a big physical and mental effort to follow up at Saints

Tough match, but I think Huddersfield did indeed tire towards the end, No surprise that Cunningham went over.

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
They did Samoan and wise words from Grim in the build up, for 50 minutes there was only Huddersfield going to win this match then once again Cunningham was brought on after decent rest to hit Huddersfield when they were tiring and at their most vulnerable.
Thats been Saint's tactics in general for the back end of this season and to date has worked well for them, there biggest fear now has to be Wigan who are the only team left who can put in a full 80 min shift on their day, should they get past Leeds tomorrow then they will be my favourites to win the playoffs, should Leeds grind out a result at Headingley then its Saints all the way. |

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
You Leeds haters everyone hates us now i have the 2 of you Right Grim ill address your points as me and you have been bantering for weeks now over thisYou`ll get mullered tommorrow and the -4 is tantamount to finding it in the street !! I wont be betting as im on outright and hate overkill , also with not drinking anymore it might get me on the pop , so im happy with what ive got... It would be a close game that id fancy Wigan nicking as quite frankly were awesome away from home this year, but with all the injuries you have, youve no chance pal Dont make me laugh Grim, Wigan will never EVER muller us your kidding yourself there. Ive taken our handicap +4 @ 2.30 and now ive had a slice of Leeds to win outright @ 4.50. You say about our injuries this year is no different to the last few years, our inform players the last couple of years have missed the play offs due to injuries and the whole team has risen to the test and proved that we are by far the best RL team in England and quite possibly the world as well. Ive said right from before the challenge cup a Leeds-St Helens final its what the fans want to see everyone does barr the Wigan supporters obviously. It's by far the best match that can be contested as the final see our challenge cup semi that was a much better match than our match against you by far a better match, were the power houses of the league and St Helens give us a good game and we both make each other look very good. Seriously though i would go and see a shrink if you think Wigan will walk all over us its not going to happen myabe giving up alcohol has affected your sense lol So my prediction LEEDS WIN ONCE AGAIN AND WE WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN (YOU LOVE THIS VIDEO BY NOW GRIM) Have fun ill be back during the match laughing as we stroll to the final |

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
Going to upset somebody here, so tempted to go for a draw after 80 Mins and leave it at that. Leeds have coped well with the loss of Peacock, but with McGuire missing as well others are going to have to step up ( Burrow has been a bit quiet IMO this season and would not be surprised if he had a massive game ) The loss of McGuire is obviously a blow, but then I don't think Leeds will give Wigan a 14 point start again. As with all pay off games could be a blow out ( if one team really turns up hot and the other is below par ) but can see it going down to the last Minute.
With refereeing standards as poor as they are, I can see the officials playing a big part and just hope it is settled 17 on 17. From a betting point of view, would probably go with whoever had the handicap start. Through it all though I just wonder if its feted to be Saints and Leeds once again. |

Re: Rugby League 24-26th Sep
Im not biast at all tbh ive came on here loads of times and said were very crap and going to lose and have bet against us enough time this season BUT this is where we come to life each year the play offs, Were not back to back to back champions for no reason are we? No we have the best squad in the league when fully fit and no injuries and even when we do have injuries we still win, Tonight is one of the worst games that we have had injuries for in years but we can and will still pull through. And JJB is back tonight which is a slim boost
