Re: Rugby League 27-28th August
This time tomorrow we will be Challenge Cup Winners no doubt about that at all. This is what we have wanted for 12 years now to get back to Wembley and get back our cup. We have a few injuries and that will effect us especially Peacock who is our powerhouse but as much as i respect Warrington as a team and what Smith has done with them they really have not got a chance at all. We beat Warrington all ready this season and when we need to step up our game we do it in style, take the last few grand finals for instance each time we have been the under dogs and shined through. The cup run we showed bottle to take Wigan out in the 79th minute and of course to take St Helens out as well. Even when we have had injuries before we have turned it around. Now last time we was at Wembley i was a young kid but i remember we were losing against London Broncos at half time and came back and won quite easily. Tomorrow Warrington may start brightly and it will be close but then we will take control and easily win the game. I cant wait at all for this its going to be a very good weekend out topped that with a nice win for the Rhino's so my bets for the weekend and my biggest bet so far this season
£100 Rhinos -2 @ 2.10 Warrington-Leeds £10 @ 7.00 Both prices taken from 365 |

Re: Rugby League 27-28th August
Missing Peacock and Burgess will weaken Leeds Yorkie and id favour the cup holders Warrington , who are in very decent nick just now. Also this is a Leeds team who have seen better days. They had their spell of nearly men, maybe 10 yrs ago, where they got very close and couldnt win anything, then they had their dominant spell (well deserved imvho), and now theyre on the decline somewhat.
What I mean to say is, as in any sport, teams have spells were they win things, and these things happen in turns, and Warrington have been like Leeds were 8-10 years ago , the nearly men. But after finally winning a big one last year , they have then followed that up by running Wigan very close in the league race, and getting back to the final here ,with a thrashing of Catalans (who were in great nick themselves). It`ll will have been a great filip knowing they play Leeds rather than St Helens who they cannot beat no matter what they do ! And taht showed, as I forecast, in the destruction of Catalans ... Im not betting , not yet anyway, but I feel that the timing is crucial and its Warringtons time to win things and the current 2.10 @ Betdaq looks ok to me as id have them favourites. Good luck Yorkie, have a great day ![]() Last edited by 7HEGR1MR3AP3R : 27-08-2010 at 16:50. Reason: *Typo |

Re: Rugby League 27-28th August
Well done Grim u were due one
![]() Warrington thoroughly deserved the win, Leeds just couldn't live with them and were out fought in every department, this result and performance has completely changed my view of the playoffs as I thought Leeds stood a great chance, even with Peacock I don't think they would have lived with Warrington yesterday, saying that a lot of what happened was down to the Warrington defence which was superb on the day. Its thrown the playoffs wide open imo. |

Re: Rugby League 27-28th August
Right then finally back and what a awful match for us terrible. The first 10 minutes we looked like champions then what followed was utter crap. Im disappointed with them that they have done this, as soon as the try was disallowed and we had a couple of ref decisions against us we let our heads drop and lost it completly and that is the Rhino's from years ago. There first try should of been a easy catch but oh no he didnt even jump the pillock, 2nd try i cant remember it but was probably us plaing shit in defence again. The third try was offside but once again the ref didnt give it BUT they should of played to the whistle, thats what i got taught when i played rugby take the fucking player down and if the ref blows then good if not then at least there going no where. Second half we started much better they scored a try again which deflated them a little from poor defence, then we upped it a tiny bit deciding now was the time to play hot potato and get it out to the wings and finally scored. Right then were back in the game now so heads up lads and what happens poor defending and we concede again and then another when we wernt trying in the end. Our tactics yesterday were awful thaat bald headed Aussie twat needs to leave and take his injury proned signings with him. So yeah our tactics were quite simple and me and the father were surrounded by Warrington fans at the match and even they were laughing at us the last 5 minutes as we were calling the game with such comments as. I know from the kick off lets try what we did last time in exactly the same place as they wont think were going there and boom we did. And another one waheh weve got the ball, i know lets run straight into there big forwards we have to stick to the tactics, it might work if not the Coach told us to. Boss it hurts, its like running into a brick wall, Tough shit lads keep doing it run into the big bastards it will work trust me i know. What a load of shit, ive said for years we need some big bastards in the team. If Peacock was playing it would of changed it a hell of a lot as they would of concentrated on him a lot more and if we played out to the wings it would of been completly different. All in all i had a very good day out and a very good night clubbing. The loss didnt effect me as much as i thought it would in the end, well done to Warrington for doing the basics and winning by not doing anything special. As for us we need to buck our ideas up or were winning nothing at all this year. Oh and one last thing i managed to get to Betfred up by Wembley and put £2.00 on Bailey to score first try @ 50/1 OH GOD I HATE THAT CUNT FOR NOT PUTTING IT DOWN
