I'm not so sure there's anything I fancy this week, there's nothing on offer on the level and the handicaps are very tight.

Best of the handicaps seems to be Wigan who should overcome a 10 points defecit against Catalans, it won't be easy though as the Dragons are now getting players back who have been out through Injury and beginning to look like their oldselves again, tough game for Wigan but I expect them to win and they will be good for at least 4 or 5 tries, just depends how much Catalans can keep up with them.

Biggest game of the weekend is Leeds v Saints, its so close you'll struggle to get a razor blade between these two sides, Leeds are bang on form again and usually turn on the style when they have to at headingley whilst Saints always seem to rise to the big occassion when they meet top sides.
if Saints were around -8 then I'd be a lot happier, especially on the back of that cracking win away to Wigan a fortnight ago -4 looks very much near the mark and no bookie is offering anyhting else.

Which makes me look towards Leeds especially on the back of that win away to Warringon last weekend which was no mean feat. If thats the case then the handicap goes out of the window and I'll go Leeds on the level @ 1.7's.
I need to see team news first mind and looking at the superleague website I cannot see Cunningham in the Saints Squad that has been named, if thats so then I'm definately on Leeds as he's the main man that makes Saints Tick.

Eastmond back for Saints, but Cunningham and Tony Puletua, both out. This, plus the longer term injuries for both sides. make it very difficult to call. I would be tempted to go with whoever had the start, so SAINTS on the handicap fo me.

Swinton +22 10/11 vs Hunslet this weekend, Hunslet have never won at Swintons current ground and although they have a good side this year 22 points seems a little high to me, Sky Bet

Yes they still play at sedgley park, im a Hunslet fan and will be punting against them for 1st time this week, just started 3 weeks ago and am 6-2 up at the moment, gutted about St Helens, that was never a try Mcguire knocked on!!!

Thought leeds deserved the win overall though on that second half performance, Saints just never had the legs in the end, even if Mcguires try was wiped out I had the feeling Leeds always had it within themselves to get another if need be, was just as close as I'd thought it would be though and the bookies had the handicap nailed.

I was asking about Swinton as I know since they left station road they have played at quite a few venues, there was always talk of them geting their own pitch again but since i left Salford i never get to read the local news and don't know where there upto.
There used to be loads of banter between Salford and Swinton fans but sadly due to Swintons demise it just doesn't happen anymore.
Keeema will probably tell me different as he lives in the hamlet of swinton with its moat and closed walls.

ok maybe i was wrong about Hunslet lol, Swinton is a nice little club always enjoy banter with their fans and wish them all the best with finding their own place, couldnt make the game today unfortunately, hopefully Wigan-10 can turn my weekend around!

Don't be disheartened Arthur, it takes a lot of balls to post up bets and its sods law the first one will dive.

Keep in there and the law of averages usually works its magic, I've had weeks where i couldn't pick my nose but in the long run I usually get more winners than losers.
