Re: Rugby League 4-6th June
First off that 1.72's for Saints against Hull looks a bit of the large side, Hull now they are ridding themselves of Injurys have picked up lately but still I'd say are lacking some way behind Saints who themselves are due a convincing performance on the road as they seem to be struggling to get out of second gear lately, this won't be a walk over but on the level they should be to strong for Hull.
Saints Win. I'm also going with Harlequins again, after some cracking performances in May they seem to have dipped a lot these last couple of weeks, I was not going to touch this game once i read Harelquins skipper Rob Purdams brother had been killed in the Cumbrian shootings and he had been granted leave, but thinking about it the Harlequins team will want to put in a performance for him here and hopefully win it for Rob. The Crusaders look pretty much on par if you look at the league positions but Harlequins have it well within themselves to turn them over as they are the better team. Harlequins win. Salford v Warrington looks a Gimme for the Wolves but that performance from Salford against Saints still sits in the back of my mind and they did go on to win away to Catalans after that which is no mean feat. I would have snatched the bookies hand off for -14 warrington had this fixture been a month ago but I'm very much tempted to give Salford a bit of leeway in the hope they carry on in much the same way. My main fear is that I've done this before with Salford and they usually let me down by getting whooped good style , decisions decsions, I should leave the game well alone but going off previous experiences I'm going with Warrington, plus they absolutely battered Salford just over a month ago, I see Ratchford is out for Salford too so thats made my mind up as he is one of their key players and they don't have that many. better still Warrington are -12 @ 1.91 bet365 so I'll be having some of that. |

Re: Rugby League 4-6th June
I've just noticed theres no Bradford on the handicap either as Hills must see the game that close, I thought Bradford put in a great performance against Warrington at the weekend and were unlucky not to get into the semis of the Challenge cup as they were on top for long periods and matched the wolves throughout, even before that game Bradford have been on the up slightly, Huddersfield are a good side but look a different team since getting beat by wigan at the Murryfield magic weekend.
There shouldn't be much in this and I'm just going to give Bradford the nod. Bradford -2 @ 1.91 Skybet |

Re: Rugby League 4-6th June
Good luck Wins allthough you have backed against me, thats the trouble this weekend as the games are pretty close and the handicapper is getting better.
Can't see Long having anything to prove mind as he's a saints legend and went out on a high , Saints owe him more than he owes them but Saints did get shut of him at about the right time imo and he can't have any arguments as he had a cracking career with them. |

Re: Rugby League 4-6th June
Well Hull done the biz for me , scraped home 27-26 Phew , Salford were unlucky , went down 10-27 , with a + 14 handicap , they almost managed it.....
Watched the Leeds , Wakefield game , it was a belter...... |

Re: Rugby League 4-6th June
Castleford with 20 look biggish. Can be tight games between these two, and though Wigan should win, they had a very tough game last week at Leeds and its going to be warm in Wigan tonight. Over 3 converted tries start, could be interesting
