Annual match up here where the Aussie Champs take take on the English superleague champions in a one off match to see who's the best club side in the world.

For the last few seasons The English side has won probably due to them being fully match fit and allready into the new season unlike the Aussies who are still out of season.

Leeds are a cracking side and allthough last yrs coach Tony Smith has now moved onto managing the GB side now English team ,Leeds are still riding high topping this yrs Superleague having won their first 4 games.

Leeds look quite awsome tell the truth with a fully fit squad and a hatfull of English Internationals playing all of who helped wallop New Zealand in the three test series in the autumn with Burrows probably being the pick of the crop at the moment but also alongside other quality experienced players like Senior, Mcquire, Leuluai, Peacock, Sinfield and Burgess Leeds are pretty formidable.

Leeds win will probably be a shoe in and i would also expect them to beat the handicap quite convincingly.

Just the two warm up games for the Storm against inferior opposition as well.
Looks like they are playing a few youngsters in the team , could be a bit to much for them.

Just pipped on the Handicap there, final score was 11-4 to Leeds , Game was a bit of a non entity really due to the weather and high winds but with Leeds going in at half time 8-4 in the lead and coming out with their backs to the wind you'd have thought they would have produced but every move for both sides just seemed to fritter out in abysmal conditions.

I'll give Melbourne there dues mind as they were up for the fight and gave Leeds a real test until sinfields drop goal and pen sealed the match in the second half.

The Aussies just dont seem to take this contest seriousley tbh , i was surprised that they kept the score so low..
