Re: Rugby Union, France, Top 14.

Awfull game, right result

Montauban 14-6 Montepelier.

Honestly, the only thing worse than the match was Montauban's strip, my eyes are sore

Re: Rugby Union, France, Top 14.

Biarritz v Paris: 2pm GMT

Too close to call, If pushed I would go with Biarritz. They have home advantage and need the pts more than Paris.
Paris have brought some young players down who will get a run towards the end.
I will prob put a small bet on B for an interest while watching.

Perpignan v Dax: 4.30pm GMT

All the usual drama at Perpignan and they have to win today.
Perp to win!--------- BUT! Dax have lost 5 of there last 6 games but never by more than 8 pts! They desperately need to get some pts so 2nd bet of DAX+14.

Clermont v Bayonne:

Bayonne are resting some key players so Clermont to take this one.

Auch v Brive:
Albi v Castres:

Toss of the coin. These games could go either way, all 4 need points. Obviously home advantage could give A & A an edge but they will fight on without me.

Bourgoin v Toulouse: 7.30pm

Bourgoins coach was quoted this week "the best way to ensure a home win is to lock Toulouse in the changing room till the end of the game". He may well beright.

On paper Bourgoin haven't a prayer but they have caused more than one upset in there windswept little stadium down the years. It rained all day yesterday so Toulouse may not be able to get the machine going.

Confused, so am I.

What the hell, I have to get something from the weekend,
TOULOUSE to win.

Cheers Kiko!

I may be back a little later if team news changes things for the games I'm standing off.

By the way , if you have any insights into the Guiness and /or Magners league I'm all eyes

Best of luck

great call mate

i avoid betting on club matches during the six nations , as results can be "strange"

i do agree with you on the Clermont and they could easily overcome the handicap of 17 points , but i won't risk any of my money on it , saving that for next week's six nations

Know what you mean, I've got stung a few times.

I think I'll leave things as they are re: the Top14 but I have had a little idea.

Any thoughts on a little treble Blues, Toulouse and Munster?

And Toulouse lose!

Great game, loads of tries but big upset all the same

Bad day at the office, 5 picks, only 2 wins

Re: Rugby Union, France, Top 14.

Castres v Biarritz Friday 7.30pm GMT

I went against Castres 2 weeks ago but this time I'm going with them.
Biarritz are missing too many key players and Castres are still hurting after losing at home to Paris.
Pride, home advantage & Teulet, an amazing goalkicker = Castres to win.

11/10 boyle sports or +3 10/11 boyle sports if you're feelling nervous.

I'll be back later for saturdays games, as usual the bookies have yet to post their odds.

Re: Rugby Union, France, Top 14.

Thanks Micky

Todays games;

Brive v Bourgoin:
Bourgoin have had a hard fortnight and will be happy to get a defensive bonus point today. Brive to win.

Bayonne v Toulouse:
At the start of the season I would have said Bayonne could cause an upset today but Toulouse lost last week and Toulouse don't "do" losing.
Close game but Toulouse to win.

I'm doing a double with Toulouse & Brive.

Albi v Montauban & Dax v Clermont:
Albi and Clermont should win I just don't like the look of these games. No Bet

Paris v Perpignan:
Paris should win but the Perpignan pack will push them all over the park. I fancy Perpignan+15

Montepelier v Auch:
Montepelier likely to take this one. However the last 4 games for both teams have finished with 10pts or less between the winners & losers. Auch will have a go so Auch +12

All bets with Boyle Sports, Good luck.
