Laying my way to an HD Ready TV..!

Okay – another naff title, but I am struggling for artistic inspiration at the moment.

Alrighty.. Now that I’m..(er..I mean my young’un is) kitted out with a nice Playstation 3 , I need to feel the full HD-effects that the console can provide. So I’ve set myself a budget of about £400 or so, that should sort me out with a decent 26 in widescreen HD tv to keep in the spare room, which I am oh so gradually making into a pretty nice games room. Currently in residence there is a PC workstation, a portable tv with Xbox and 5.1 surround sound speaker set. I’ve also got a nice sofa that pulls out to a spare bed which means I can spend pretty much my whole life in there if I was allowed..

However the only drawback is that I need £400 from somewhere….Hmmmm…(Cue lighbulb) Lets get a R2R thread going..!

I’ve been umming and arrring about the best strategy to use here.. Again inspiration is at a minimum here, so I’m just going to plump for the laying the less-favoured team on Betfair. With £100 deposited I am aiming to lay a team at no worst odds than 6 and it is anticipated that it’ll take around 8 – 9 consecutive & cumulative bets to achieve the target of £500.. Not original, and in all likelihood not likely to succeed, but ya’ never know…Funnier things have happened in the past in this darkest area of TDP from where strange creatures lurk..…(Some people even claim to have again seen that strangest of R2R creatures - Man In The Know )

First lay to follow...

Well my £404.90 link is the cheapest so far...

Of course we could spend forever discussing the relative prices of such an item and the twattin bet will probably bomb out at the first attempt..

Sorry but that made me laugh. Agree with Conan, your not going to last long here if your abusing members like that.

I wouldnt have touched the Seville game either - how many 0-0s have they been involved with in recent weeks?

Re: Laying my way to an HD Ready TV..!

I have to agree that you won't last long, but also on not laying the 0-0 last night. I would've expected a max of 1 goal and had I bet on this I would've prob done under 2.5. Good call trickrick.
