I will add the vid here when ive got it uploaded. I would be interested in any comments especially when the blinds hit 50/100 and i open fold KJs, 44 and then AQs to a raise. I think i did the right thing. Ive tightened up my game a lot and ive stopped raising with suited connectors etc. hopefully the vid will make interesting viewing for folks of all levels at poker. Comments appreciated good or bad. I can take it.

i was steaming when i posted up that video. my apologies. i was refering to the people i was playing. I havent watched it back. My call with the KQ (suited or not) was a bit fishy. Barr that i think i did ok.

call with KQ... yeah a bit fishy but after that terrible AQ hand I can understand you're a bit tilty... I'd definately call a raise to 120, a 160 was a bit too much.

I haven't put it through sng wiz but at the first sight there was a few hands on the bubble ( and that is the most important part of the game ) I'd play differently. I remember you pushing 57o against a shortstack with less then 1K chips - this guy was the smallest stack and had to make a stand to survive, pushing there with 57o vs guy who has to call is a bit spewy, I'd fold.

Then, not long after that the blinds were 150/300 and you raised from the BTN to 1200 - you should just shove, if the shortstack on SB folds then the guy on BB can't call without kings or aces, I'd leave all hard decisions to them ( he could reraise you all-in there and what would you do?)

AT call all-in vs AJ earlier on - not sure, probably break even but I'd fold

K3 call all-in vs K3 with 3 of you left ( blinds 200/400) is bad no matter what he is pushing, even if 100% you're always - EV.

thanks for the comments kris. Truth be told the K3 call was just because he had been pushing with any 2. if its -ev then i will remember that for future.

I will have to look back at that button raise. Im prone to just throwing it in. maybe i was trying to show a bit of strength

75s does sound a bit spewy as you say and i was suprised he didnt call. I think i was trying to exploit the bubble. Maybe i wasnt doing it right.

nah that seems like a standard fold to me kris with the KK I wasnt going bust first hand. Even if someone was just on the draw i wouldnt have been much of a fav v 2. I thought i would be at least up against 2 pair.

Ive got sng end games tool and i need to buy sngwizard kris. especially if i go back to playing stt's. I love the tourney import feature on it. Ive got sng power tools there too but again its all a bit confusing and not as good as sngwizrd. also got pokerstove there. Need to get into all this ICM stuff

Im just gonna buy sng wizard i think kris. $99 for a lifetime license aint baad. Need my mums visa card mind. sod it im gonna try their Red kings offer (or another) be playing heads up for about 3 days to get it fcuk it ill wait till i get home and get my mum to get me it. It's essential.

I forgot to mention I would push that KJ diamonds early when blinds were 100/200 but I'm not sure if that would be + EV, probably yes.

I can't watch the vid back kris due to streaming probs in thailand. i will wait till i get home. I'll hopefully have enough left for sng wizard. Well i will have as ive still got money in my poker account and it will pay for itself in time. I will check it all through sng wizard with the lovely tournie import feature on it and see what it says.

Right ill post these up and we can have a look. I dont really understand SNG Wizard fully yet so it will be a learning process for me. All i know for those that know less is that when you get to a certain stage of a mtt or stt you get to a stage where it is better to just push (put all your chips in) or Fold (you know how to fold right?) SNG Wizard helps you with this and lets you look at your decisions after a tourney and wether it was better to push or fold your hand during these times. Its all about Ev and ICM. If you dont know then go and find out yourself as i had to alright?





this relates to the video at the start of the thread. I'll go have a quick run down it and see what i understand.
