Re: Omaha HL Basic Question
Yes you do need to use exactly two hole cards komp. That would be the reason why the bastardos shipped the pot away from you

Re: Omaha HL Basic Question
Ive actually been playing quite a lot of omaha HL lately. Been skint see. Sick of wasting my money on Holdem NL games as i work on things about the site. I just end up playing 'the hands' and ive go no dynamism (??) as i aint watching the table. With omaha HL i just play it tight and i seem to be doing ok. Its a great game and i think it's even helping my THoldem as 2 cards seems easy after the 4

Re: Omaha HL Basic Question
The best starting hand is AA23 double-suited with the ace komp (ie. Ad Ah 2d 3h). This gives you the best high starting hand and excellent coverage to win the low pot (if one arises).
I like the game, but I know a reg or two who don't like the four card version (six card is a different story though ) |
