Getting back into poker

Decided last night to get back into poker so stuck £30 into Pokerstars in the early hours.

Playing $6+$0.50 6Max NL Holdem Turbos

1st one this morning (and my first one in months)..... 1st and $23.40 in the bank.

My second I wasn't so lucky and was out 1st hand when I got reraised all in pre flop when holding KK, I called to find an Ax which paired off.....

However it was back to winning ways on No 3 when I sunk another 1st.

Grabbed some sleep then played a few more this afternoon, 3rd in the first one to bubble, 1st in the second. I then played a non turbo which was infuriatingly slow and I only managed $12.60 for second.

Now up at about £57 so so far so profitable, time for an MTT now I think

That was costly, jsut been multi tableing razz and Stud.... as you can imagine I mixed them up at 4am and am now almost insolvent....

playing 6man turbos again, started at the 3.25 game and won so moved onto the 6.5 game and won. Taking on a $13 now aiming to keep climbing till I lose!Saw Vicky Coren playing on the $1110 game earlier which is, the biggest 6man turbo NL game in town, so thats our final destination

Only just kicked off at $25 cause I was waiting on food.

Just good scalped and down to half a stack after losing the biggest pot of the game 10 minutes in, going to have to come back from 800, everyone still in so av stack is 1500 and blinds are 25/50 atm

Just got 88 and 66 withing 3 hands (retaining my blind without contest in between) so up to 1100.

DOUBLE UP 2.5k and 1st place for now, still 6 in though

hand previous to double up I was all in and would have doubled up but for a river to split pot.... had AQ both times too

Just lost nown to 300 on a preflop all in with 88 vs TT, double up next hand with AQ again vs KJ to 800 ish

5th took too long for players to begin to play, it was fold fold fold then no choice but to all in it, still £21 up from the journey so alls well..

just payed $20+1 to enter a $10 rebuy right on the end of the rebuy period with the addon on 4,300 chips average is 8000 (and counting as addons go on) 2.5k players left top 540 get payed minimum of $50 with $15k for first so thats the target then.....

I'm considering it, though I reckon there would thousands of others along with us and I don't know if I'm into a 24 hours battle over 50 quids.
