Ohio State’s Pryor Has Torn PCL
With the Rose Bowl approaching, Ohio State Buckeye QB Terrelle Pryor revealed that he’s been playing with a torn posterior cruciate ligament.
Citing an Ohio State spokesperson, ESPN reports Pryor’s left knee is giving him trouble although the sophomore pivot said he is feeling better — the tear is said to be small.
“It’s improved a little bit [since he last played], but sometimes I can have trouble making some types of cuts,” Pryor said at a pre-Rose Bowl interview.
“It’s not really a big deal. It’s just a little sore. It’s fine. When I’m in the game or at practice, I don’t really worry about it, to tell you the truth.”
The No. 8 Buckeyes will play the No. 7 Oregon Ducks in the Rose Bowl and are 4.5-point underdogs; the Total is set at 50.5.
