Re: GAA 11th/12th July
Big weekend for my own team Waterford against Tipperary, the way the bookies have this priced up it would indicate that Tipp were going to be easy winners by about 10 points. This will not happen! This game is going to be alot closer than that, we could even win it, I know we are missing big players in Molumpy and Ken Mcgrath, but Tipp have some problems also as Eoin Kelly is not fully fit. I have backed Waterford on the handicap +4 which is 11/10 with Boylesports.
My big bet for the weekend is Limerick at 5/6, they play Wexford who are rubbish of late and will be missing their star forward Stephen Banville in this saturday evening game. I saw Limerick play twice against Waterford and they were not far off, the difference between the two sides was John Mullane, the two tough games will stand to them and they will come on from this. |

Re: GAA 11th/12th July
Don't go mad on Waterford, remember we are still in the quarter finals if we lose, the same as the winner of this game, this takes some of the edge of what is at stake.
On the other hand Wexford and Limerick have it all to play for, like I said I feel very strongly about Limerick winning this one, they will also be far too physical for Wexford. Yes the Dubs should be too good for Kildare, that was the opinion of the experts after Kildare and Dublin won their games 2 weeks ago. Some of the lads from Waterford who played against Meath last week said they looked a good team and would go further, Meath the team with momentum should beat Westmeath who are a team on the way down.l |

Re: GAA 11th/12th July
Just a 'small' correction, the winner of Munster & Leinster gets a bye into the semi finals now of course! surprised the Irish DP did'nt correct me on that
, getting into the quarter finals is still going in the right direction too, looks like Molumpy could start for us now, which would be a big boost, (but could be a doubt with this up to 4.00pm.)UP THE DEISE! |
