Re: Whyte & Mackay - Premier League Darts 2009
Wade 4/6
King DNB 4/7 Klassen 6/5 Barney over 3.5 180's 11/10 Lucky 15 ![]() Part has went down hill and Wade although not firing on all cylinders should be too strong for Part Klassen is 1 of the debutants to the league but will do ok and Jenks not doing too great King and Mardle are equally matched but Mardle too full of nonsense - King to wear his ear defenders and not too lose I cant see Barney not winning at least 3 legs so that makes the score 8-3 (11 legs) and Barney is good enough to hit a 180 4 times in 11 legs (just above 33%) CMON |

Re: Whyte & Mackay - Premier League Darts 2009
Going on last weeks performances although Part done well I think Barney knew he wasnt in the same league as taylor and lost interest. He should be fired up for Part.
If Jenkins plays anything like he did last week then he will also beat the whipping boy - everybodies favourite clown - Mardle. Mardle is a crowd pleaser yes but I cant see him getting anything from the premier league. Jenkins all the way for me... Taylor will be very hard to beat - Klassen will try his best and if he's still level at the break 3-3 then it could be interestiing. Overs in the 180 market for me. Wade v King could be a good game as both will think they are capable of winning it. Wade seems to let the crowd get to him when they sing "are you shagging chamberling" and no doubt that will be sung next week, Close call. |

Re: Whyte & Mackay - Premier League Darts 2009
Wade could have won his match against Part given how many chances John gave him towards the end of the match but he didn't and yes, the crowd may certainly have got to him (bloody hell! Stupid crowd but 8,000 punters eh!? For darts!? Crazy stuff but they're raking in over £100,000+ a night so who's the one laughing!?).
I thought King's display against Mardle was fairly ruthless (you generally can't top 11-14 dart finishes at the best of times even if you're Phil Taylor!) and if he maintains that type of performance week-in week-out he'll definitely be in the semi-final line-up. Taylor was almost at his imperious best and it's almost at will whether or not he lets someone win a leg (that 161 was good from Barney though weren't it?). This week's winners should be fairly comprehensive in van Barneveld, Jenkins (if the Mardle of old comes back then it's game on but it may be like last year where Wayne loses the first SIX games again!) and Taylor but the last match is a right doozy to try and work out. If the crowd gets to Wade again (James has developed a bit of an ego though hasn't he?) then Mervyn King will sneak a win but as he's throwing second it won't be easy. James Wade should concentrate on the darts, have a shave and don't let the crowd get to him but it's easier to be watching then throwing the actual darts innit!? ![]() |

James should concentrate on his counting.

Re: Whyte & Mackay - Premier League Darts 2009
he had 80 left last week and if he had hit a big 20 with his last arrow then he would have had 3 darts to take out 60 which would more or less gave him 2 darts at double tops ---- hits a fat 1 doesn't he
cock poor poor mistakes did lose wade the game |

Re: Whyte & Mackay - Premier League Darts 2009
I'm thinking a draw no bet for Jenkins to beat Mardle at 8-15 with paddy power
