american movie characters of all time is more appropriate, although I see at 98th Antoine Doinel of the 400 Blows and "Blondie" at the middle aof the list; probably the compiler had problem to finish the list using only american characters.

I wouldve added Atticus Finch (To kill a mockingbird) higher. That is one of my favourite books/films to date. Had to do my discurrsive essay in my final school year on it.
