How do you convert guests into members?
It's always puzzled me that peeps look in (to any board) on sometimes a frequent basis and never or rarely post.
I don't think it is too leech per se just......look around find a few tips have a giggle and stay in the comfy zone.
I'll come back to this.

Page turning as you click on TDP (clever idea that)
More poker threads (very popular)
Chess (needs developing)
GC (far more input from Slick needed)
TBC....ash is dropping everywhere.

So things to do.
Do a weekly TDP news alert.
You have to keep people interested or they just fcuk off.
Do an affiliation with other boards.
I have a couple in mind.
You guys would be a hoot to some people who have never ever seen Komp and MP at their funniest or ODM with his one liners.
99.99% of internet chatters don't know who the fcuk you are.
Or me comes to that (I need a wider audience lol)

Oh and another thing........far too many topics.
Cut out a couple condence it more.
People are confused where to post and then get bored.
People want instant feed back (unlike moi) and don't want to scoot around.
The secret of any board is to have dialogue but not at random.
This board is mainly now random dialogue at sparse intervals.
Final thought (for the mo) you need to involve people more.
ODM got the community bit right but just widen it a tad.
PS.TDP should be everybodys first port of call (even before nature!)
