Scenario 6- there is $81 in the pot and a call of $15 is roughly 2/11 of the pot which suggests a 17% chance more or less. 8 cards you need with 46 you havnt seen works out at 5.75, around the same percentage chance. Plus the pot has a lot of potential to get bigger when the river has been dealt so its worth a call.

Not trying to be picky one thing just to clarify.....
A raise is when someone bets and then someone raises.
Saying if someone raised $15 makes it very confusing, there's no raises anywhere in the play I described. Someone BET $15.
I'm not trying to be picky but this is a simple scenario and it complicates description of this, imagine what happens when it's a complicated example with many bets/raises ..... saying someone raises $15 doesn't really tell you much then does it ? It could mean someone bets $15 or someone raises $15 from $1 bet, or it could be a raise of $15 from a $15 bet. See what I mean ?
Anyway...back to ze puzzle.

You cant raise in 4 as if he calls your raise as you said of around $5 then you have put $5 into a 16$ pot at a roughly 2/1 chance. If he bets initlaly and calls your raise you have to assume he has a pair whilst you have high card, the odds dont reflect well on you if you raise.
