As it says on the tin Win's, Bluetooth apps.

I suppose there just applications for Bluetooth devices

Looking at that list i should imagine its mainly for pc's etc that have a bluetooth dongle, i only know that bit as i bought one last week so i can listen to online music and stuff with my bluetooth headphones.
