World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Hi guys - sorry for writing this post to a place where it does not belong to but I have not find appropriate place for this post that I want to share about the Europian WCC
Serbia - Austria (0:1) - 1 - at jetbull 2.1 !!! This is a great offer coz Austria will miss 4 regulars in this match. They played in Austria 15/10 2008 and Serbs won 3:1 so I expect them to win this match by 2and more goals. Serbs play well and Austria is quite rubbish. I expect this offer to drop at the weekend so I go for it now GL to all!!! by the way - as a new in here - can I make my own new thread??? thx guys and GL |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
how are/will Wales approach these games now that they are meaningless ?
If they take it serious they shouldn't get beat - or should they ? nah they should be too strong but will they experiment and give new caps etc Holland should be a penalty kick against Iceland |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Heard on Talksport that the Welsh are only taking 19 players across for the game and 3 of them are goalies !!

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Azerbaijan is not that bad under coaching of Bertie Vogts and they will try to beat Wales on their home ground.
If I have to bet on this game I'll rather go for hw, or double chance 1x. In such meaningless games home side is always more motivated, especially sides as Azerbaijan, which don't win that often. |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Yeh looking at it myself Komp, think the bookies over-reacted a bit much to us drawing 1-1 with Nigeria but we both have second teams on, and look what Nigeria's second team done last night, beat the French!
Bulgaria welcome back Petrov and Berbatov whom i don't think have played a game for them yet, and no matter how shite Berbatov looks in a United shirt he has some scoring record for his country! Their other striker Rangelov pulled out alongside their defender Sirakov but they usually line out with one upfront so Berbatov would have started anyway. Petrov, although a great player, has played very very few minutes for man city this season so i don't think he will make that much of an impact? Ireland seem to be notorious for picking up their game against the 'big' sides like Italy where they got a 1-1 draw and could have beat them, but when it comes to the less big sides they seem to always be poor but this campaign they have beat Georgia 2-1 and drew 0-0 with Montenegro where they could and should have won so under Trappatoni they have really stepped it up. Bulgaria seem to be the draw experts in this group with a 1-4-0 record though they still are unbeaten and have only played two home games, beating Cyprus 2-0 and drawing 0-0 with Italy when they could have beat them quite easily. Was at the home game against Bulgaria and they were a good passing team, Petrov had the game of his life and completely bossed the midfield with every one of his passes seemingly hitting their target. If Trap neutralises Petrov i didn't really see much of any other player that could cause us that much harm (albeit Berbatov is back) Think Ireland have more of a chance than the odds suggest and maybe a DNB option could be an option but with Ireland you never know so i'm leaving this alone! |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Aye i think youve got a great chance myself dee just based on 'universal hamony'. It just happens. Ireland imo can go anywhere and get a 2-1 win. I know nothing about it but ive never seen Ireland that sort of price in a game like this. fcuk i'l have your lads ht/ft. a wee scare but again Ireland put in a competant performance away from home and sneak another and its all great and rosy in the irish camp. If you was at home you'd be......5/4? 11/10? i dunno. I don't think i need to know too much more about this one as i'm gonna enjoy backing Ireland to win and im gonna sit and watch it too. i dont know the wc groups as no one replied to my thread on it
but i can see ireland winning his and maybe even a rare 2-1 correct score to the irish could give me interest. Be great if England, scotland and ireland could make the world cup. fcuk what a world cup that would be? England would get Ireland and Germany in the group stage. |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Think we were evens at home against them, looked brilliant until we got an early goal then of course we sit back looking to keep the score 1-0 when actually we can't defend well?
Bulgaria took the game to us and looked dominate but after they scored Ireland were all over them again and went gung ho for the win nearly getting it in the last 10mins! Well we take over Italy if we win and we already drew away to them, Italy look very over-rated - old team that still is set on defending for 90mins! 11/5 on Ireland to qualifying in Ladbrokes looked pretty tempting as we are 5 points ahead of Bulgaria our nearest rivals so looks like a play-off spot is near guaranteed and we won't be 11/5 to qualify after getting into a playoff! |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
I reckon that Ireland will definetly get something in this dee. It's the kind of fixture i like Ireland and even Scotland in. It aint gonna be easy but 3/1 is just too big in my opinion (imo) as mentioned on top of it all there's the cheer factor too. I dont think ive ever seen Ireland lose a saturday night game on ch5. Maybe thats what im basing all my bets on
.that Qualifying bet sounds interesting too dee. infact i really like it. anyone got a list of the run in games? |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Im normally a pure singles man, but put on a few doubles this weekend, the one I am on the the european section (other than the much hyped Serbia!) is England to win to nil (4/6) against the Borats, and Belarus to win to nil against Andorra (at home, again 4/6)..unless your going to do a series of score bets on the England game there is nothing to catch interest but although I do remember them causing us a couple of problems in the first game they wouldnt have scored unless Cashley Cole crossed it in for their striker, just really banking on us not making a similar error this time around..
Belarus are a half decent side won 2 lost 2, they prob wont qualify but they know they have to win this game to stand any chance if they were playing anyone other than Andorra I would prob stay well away but with 1 goal in 5 games they make the Borats look positivley prolific in comparison (6 in 5, 3 of these were against Andorra)..The odds arent great I know but in these international games they never are, the favourites are usually heavy favourites and unless you want to do a 5 team accum you wont get the odds. I think both these outcomes are likely and if anything im more worried about England than Belarus! Double 1.77/1 Hills |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Bulgaria v Ireland, I agree that its a hard one to call, Bulgaria are the draw specialists as was mentioned, both also seem to play in low scoring games, a draw I think, which would be a great result for us........I took the less than 2.5 goals which is 4/7 just about everywhere for my accum.
by the way HastGill, thats the first time I heard 'Cashley Cole'! very good , yeah he was driving his car when Arsenal called him up (just before his move to Chelsea) and offered him a mere 90,000K per week, he said "I was so upset, I nearly crashed my car" |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Serbia-Austria
Serbia to win 9/10 Serbia to beat handicap 6/10 This is another huge step towards South Africa, and i think Serbia will make that step! Whole country live for this game and 53000 people (full capacity) will be at Maracana to give support as Antic brought back faith in this team.Serbian lineup(probable): Stojkovic - Ivanovic, Vidic, Dragutinovic, Obradovic - Krasic, Milijas, Stankovic, Jovanovic - Pantelic, Lazovic There are few questions.Obradovic is rated 50-50 so if he isnt ready Dragutinovic will go on LB and Subotic will be DC.Also there is question about Lazovic (i hope he wont play) ,so Serbia can start with Mrdja upfront or Kacar (then formation will be 4-5-1) but Lazovic is the most realistic option.Everybody can score for Serbia but IMO Jovanovic will be biggest treath. Also cornes and FK will be adventage for Serbia (Vidic,IVANOVIC!).Zigic is suspended. Austria missings: Ekrem Dag (Besiktas) and György Garics (Atalanta) are injuried! Also Pogatetz (Middlesborough), Fuchs (Bochum), Arnautovic (Twente) and Leitgeb (Red Bull Salzburg). Also Sebastian Prödl (Werder Bremen) is out. Serbia won first game 3:1 (it was 3:0 after 25 min.) ,now atmosphere will be hot hot and i cant see anything than win for Serbia even with bigger margin. |

Re: World Cup Qualifiers European & S American 6/7th June
Azerbaijan v Wales - under 2.5 goals @ 1.57 (Betfair)
Not a great price admittedly, but this has low scoreline written all over it.. Azerbaijan's last 5 home games have all been under, and so has have 6 out Wales' last 7 away matches |
