Starting off with what I hope will be a nice easy double and a value single.

"Brazil to beat Paraquay" and "Argentina to beat Venezuela"

Brazil are a class above most others in South American youth football. They won the Under-15s tournament in 2007 and have been impressive in the build up to this tournament. Paraguay have struggled in youth football in recent years, finishing bottom of their group in the 2007 Under-15 tournament.
Argentina have had a good build up to this tournament. They did struggle in the under-15s two years ago but are expected to perform much better this time. Venezuela are a very inexperienced team and have had a mixed bag of results in the build up.

"Uruguay to beat Chile"

Going against the hosts Chile here, who are missing a few important players, some by injury while a couple of surprise choice exclusions baffled the Chilean supporters. Their build up has hardly been ideal either, finishing last in a friendly tournament they hosted recently.
Uruguay are one of the better performing South American teams, unlucky to lose the Under-15 final of two years ago and looking to go one better than their best placed Under-17 finish. They've got a fully fit squad and are in form going into the tournament.

Not sure I can take anything in the Brazil game. They should comfortably dispatch Peru so can't make a case for the Peruvians, but the odds are too short for any sort of decent bet on Brazil.

Paraguay to beat Bolivia

I am really interested in Paraguay though. They were beaten quite clinically by Brazil in the first game, but that was mainly down to the great attacking and counter-attacking ability of the Brazilians. Paraguay did create a number of decent chances and, on another day, could have got on the score sheet at least once. Bolivia managed a draw against a fancied Colombia side due to a lapse in concentration in the Colombian backline. They were outplayed for large parts of the game but managed to snatch a late goal before sitting back on their point.
