I watched Mexico lose 2-0 in USA not long ago and although they didn't play well, they were pretty solid and USA did have a couple of amazing let offs. Mexico have been struggling on their travels but from what I recall, are pretty formidable at home.

I fancy a look at that one. I'm guessing Sven is still the manager despite all the talk he'd be booted if they lost in America. Must be a lot of pressure on them to win this one. Team news very important as I know Mexico were missing a few key players for their last match.

Mexico 8/13 with Skybet and Ladbrokes Mick. 11/20 in places. I'll wait and see what you turn up but these aint the sort of prices i like backing anything on unless im really clued up myself on the market.

Honduras are as low as 6/5 with Skybet but 8/5 with Bet365. Maybe worth a peek for us bet365 fans

Before even looking I thought Mexico were a bit short for me really @ 1.62. I was hoping to see better. They are pretty invincible on their own patch mind and I do think they'll get the win they're desperate for. BUT! Sounds like Costa Rica are doing well of late and I think they're the only side ever to win a WC qualifier in Mexico. I'll probably give it a miss.

Ah, just remembered the Mexico captain was red carded against USA too and is suspended.

Rafael Marquez is the best-known player in the Mexico team. The captain of El Tricolor for the last six years, the central defender is also a mainstay of Spanish league leaders Barcelona and is regarded as one of the finest players in his position in the game today.

They're a tough side to play. They've always given us an awful lot of problems, as they showed when they beat us at the Azteca in 2001. We are very strong at home, though. They've been saying that they're going to beat us, but I honestly think it's almost impossible for us to lose in Mexico.

I quite fancy USA -1 handicap against El Salvador priced at 15/8 at paddy power. USA played ok against Mexico, need to bear in mind that that one is a bit like Scotland vs England as far as rivlary goes. so a good win for the USA and as Mickey says they got off lightly a few times.

I do feel though that USA are going to be too strong for El Salvador.
