African Youth Championships
Rwanda Youth Mali Youth 2.55 3.05 2.45
Cameroun Youth Ghana Youth 1.95 3.15 3.30 Cameroun vs Ghana The U20 of these two footballing gaints in africa play in the second game today. As i have always said, betting is about making monye so i will put my nationality aside as a Ghanaian and put all my efforts into making money. The Camerounians apart from their exploits at the U23 level havent got much pedigree at the youth level. The exploits of Ghana at the youth level is quite a lot. The Ghanaian team is made up of players who placed fourth at the U17 world cup in Korea 2007. At that tournament those who watched saw the potential in that team and the Ghanaians were arguably the best in terms of the way they played. The 2nd highest goal scorer at the tournament Ransford Osei will lead the team in attack today. Ghana will however be missing some top players in the U17 who made names for themselves. These players are Ishmael Yartey (Benfica, Potugal) form wise, Daniel Opare (Real madrid, Spain) injury and Saddick adams (Athletico madrid) form. The later that is Saddick Adams exclusion came as a surprise to most Ghanaians because he was excellent in the qualifiers, however we have been informed he is not getting much playing time with the youth team of Athletico madrid hence his exclusion. But these absences wont have any effect on the team as the team has more than enough talent. The skipper of the side is the son of the legendery Abedi Pele, Dede Ayew who features for french ligue 1 side Lorient and he will be ably supported by Enoch adu Kofi and Abeiku Quansah both who feature for OGC Nice in France. The deadly predator Ransford osei wil lead the attack. I can go on and on about this Ghanaian team because they are so talented. In midfield will be the new "Essien" Emmanuel Agyemang Badu. The team recently won the WAFU cup in January held in Nigeria which featured almost all the West african teams including Nigeria, CotedIvoire and Senegal. I dont have much info about the Camerounians just that i expect them to play the usual way their senior team plays, very physical. On monitoring reports i learnt the players of Cameroun look like full grown men and not U20 but that shouldnt be a problem as i expect the Ghana team to neutralise their physical aproach with their skills and speed. Its only BWIN which is currently having odds on this match. It will be a tight game but i expect the talented Ghanaians to edge it and with a price of 3.30 being offered by bwin, i am definately having some of that. But those who lack the courage you can opt for the double chance around 1.65 that is Ghana win or draw with huge stakes. This match will be beamed live so i will give you the score at the end of the game. Good luck to everyone |

Re: African Youth Championships
Oh dear, its just under a minute and Ghana is already down by a goal following a defensive blunder. Ghana are dominating and i wont be surprised if they equalise and go on to win. They cant be messing up clear chances like this. But God are these Camerounians really under 20......boy they look overgrown and huge. Well lets see...its 90 minutes

Re: African Youth Championships
Well well well its all over and the game ended 1-1. Ghana should have won this game easily. The disease with the senior team that is the problem with goal scoring has reared its ugly head for the junior side. It simply amazes me how they mess up chances easy to score than to miss, but all the same its just the first games of the competition. Rwanda the host beat Mali by 2-1 in the opening game of the tourney. I will be back tomorrow with previews of tomorrows games. There is money to be won. Byee for now and see you tomorrow

Re: African Youth Championships
YESSSS BINGO.......gamebookers have live bets on the Youth cup. Right let us have a look at todays games.
NIGERIA YTH vs EGYPT YTH These two youth teams have the best record in this competition. Nigeria has the highest wins with 5 trophies, Egypt follow with 3 and Ghana with 2. This is going to be an exciting clash as both teams are very good technically and tactically. The core of the Nigerian team is from the U17 world cup winning squad with notable players like the U17 golden shoe winner Macauley Chrisantus, deadly striker Yakubu Alfa, Lukman Haruna, Rabiu Ibrahim and hard working midfielder Akinsola. The Egyptians on the other hand will be using this tourney as preparations for the World Cup later in the year which they will be hosting and also have a rich history in this compettion. It will be hard to call this match but i think the Nigerians start as favourites and i tip them to win by a slim margin. NIGERIA WIN FOR ME IVORY COAST YTH vs SOUTH AFRICA YTH I dont have much info about these two teams as information regarding teams is very scarse. The CAF website and the official website for the tourney dont even have any relevant info, just a few friendlies the Ivorians played. Judging from the youth development and academies in Ivory Coast and against the backdrop that south African football is at the lowest stage at the moment, i will go for an Ivorian win and will even try a handicap with small stakes. IVORY COAST WIN and IVORY COAST -1. As i said gamebookers have it on their homepage for live bets. The first game is at 11:30 GMT and the second game is at 13:30 GMT. I will post scores at the end of each game. Good luck to everyone |

Re: African Youth Championships
FT Nigeria 2 Egypt 0
The Egptians were simply no match for the Nigerians. The Nigerians had a goal disallowed and could have scored more had it not been for woeful finishing. The game could have ended 6-0 or more, but i am happy with the 2-0. lets see what happens in the next game Ivory Coast vs South Africa. |

Re: African Youth Championships
Hello Mike, i watched the game, Nigeria got the 1st goal in the first half, they scored one in the 2nd half which was disallowed before they got the 2nd goal. You can even verify from the official website of CAF which is cafonline.com
I am presently watching the Ivory Coast South Africa game. Its half time with South Africa leading by 1-0. The two teams are poor and its a real pain watching this game. I believe it will be more fun watching and exciting just sitting down doing nothing rather than watch this. I have an idea how the next group games will be. |

Quote:
Yeah Komp, Ghana let me down yesterday, but i won on the double chance. I put a huge stake on the double chance and a medium stake on the Ghana win. I made a decent profit though, but i couldnt believe how the Ghanaians messed up those clear chances, it was simply amazing and unbelieveable, nontheless the team will show their quality in subsequent games. The truth is that i have a good idea how all the teams play and the performance of the Ghanaians is above the rest. Nigerians also look good. I have watched all the games soo far. The Ivorians have really surprised me, they are rather an ordinary side, how did this team manage to beat some decent club sides by huge margins, lets hope they improve in the 2nd half, but from the little i have seen of them this 1st half....its simply nothing good to write about. |
