Solitary place yesterday ( ran well ) and 1st and 3rd in the forecast. Kept it pretty simple today and just throwing £ 20 at the following. Mainly EW bets and the odd forecast for good measure :-

1:55 Newbury - PERIWINKLE WAY - Looks a likely sort on paper and whilst the stable does well with its juvenile's, they do usually need a run. Chancy therefore, but don't mind the risk at 50's.

2:30 Newbury - KULA KANGAI - Another with pssibilities on paper, but from a mainly jumps orientated stable. They do know the time of day however and again happy at the price.

2:40 Nottingham - ARCHERS PRIZE - Ed Mc Mahon 2yo. so an almost automatic selection for me.

2:50 Haydock - TIME TO EXCEL - Not convinced about those with form, so happy to go wit a newcomer. The Dods stable does well with their 2yo's and can get one ready.

4:15 Newbury - SHEWALKSINBEAUTY - LTO suggested that 10f was beyond her, but I still think it is within her compass. Decent horse, with plenty of form and too big IMO at 25's.

6:20 Newmarket - KUNOOZ - Chance on breeding and whilst he is the stable 2nd string, he could still prove pretty decent.

2:10 Nottingham - JEERAN and MY LOVE FAJER - The latter holds some decent form and is having his first run for a new stable, MLF is again no world beater, but is capable on his day.

3:40 - B FIFTY TWO and NORTH STAR BOY - Very good race, but definitely one only for small stakes. Lots of these hold decent future entries and a couple are still relatively unexposed. Both of mine holda fair level of form and are entitled to go close.

Thanks for not mentioning the garbage in my above selections ODM. I suppose however that its the main advantage of betting at my sort of prices, that I can quickly get out of trouble. Just had a quick look at the next 2 Irish and I also picked out CRUDE ( Apologies to both yourself ODM as well as connections ) In the 8:25, I am going with HANGOVER. Small double on these as I don't really fancy anything on the flat.

8:55 Kilbeggan - FAV will surely do better this time, but is still a tad short for my liking. Going with the following 3 in a combo forecast -

As I type this, Crude is in the lead with 1 left to jump......

A quick look at the 825 shows that the two horses shortening in the betting are Ahorsecalledmolly (down to between 13/2 and 8/1) and For a Finish (7/1 to 10/1).

However, I've noticed lately that JP McManus' horses seem to be in a fair bit of form in Ireland (and I know his horses are spread around different trainings) so I'll take a gamble on Harolds Cross at 6/1.

9:00 Newmarket - MY LEARNED FRIEND - Holds enough form at 7f, to be a danger and whilst he does need to improve on recent efforts, certainly no forlorn hope. 16's a touch too big IMO.

I've watched Dashwood run its last three races and been impressed enough to like it tonight.

Going to reverse forecast with yours Samoan.
